United Kingdom | 10 February 2020Flagship are absolutely shocking. I am so disgusted how they have ignored all the health and safety repairs that need doing. I have reported these repairs constantly since I moved in 6months ago and have been ignored and told they will be in contact... guess what they never get back to me. Dont show up for annual safety checks and generally do not care about the health and safety issues know this house I live in with two young children. Never ever again will I have a home with flagship nothing but bad experiences in only 6months

United Kingdom | 10 February 2020I never get contacted after reporting a repair, it took a complaint and 4 months to get a roof repair. Communication is not just bad but none exsistant.

United Kingdom | 08 February 2020I have given this rating purely because I feel that there are areas where repairs are some times completed haphazardly. Although living in accommodation which was originally Sheltered Housing this status has now been removed and there is no warden to check on elderly residents. Having said that I would state that I am relatively happy with my flat.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2020A new back door was installed before Christmas. It was very draughty. Andy came today and found that a section of filler was missing and dealt with it. An excellent man, always professional, pleasant and efficient. Double glazed doors are not cheap so can't understand why Flagship doesn't have such work checked. It encourages poor workmanship.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2020Flagship Homes, the company that is continually inventing new awards to give its self, has a new one, ‘The biggest Jobsworth of the Year Award’. Over the Christmas period, former sheltered tenants were informed of Flagships Zero Tolerance policy to wreaths and Christmas decorations in communal areas, now they have topped that by removing all pictures, photos and ornaments in common areas. Its bad enough that most of us in sheltered accommodation are old, dying of cancer, loosing our marbles etc etc but now we have to come home to something resembling an internment camp, shame on you Flagship and I hope you enjoy your new award.

Highly recommended duo, they were careful, clean working and made every effort to avoid too much disturbance to our home & contents. Great job, finished with an explanation of what was what, they even added extra safety devices where required. 10/10 for cleanliness 10/10 for politeness 10/10 for work completed They also were vigilant about doors, for our pets safety. These two are excellent at what they do! Can’t praise them enough. A very satisfied customer 👍

United Kingdom | 21 January 2020i have lived in my flagship homes for 25 years and would like to know when my kitchen and bathroom will be upgraded. I pride myself on looking after my home but it is hard to keep it nice when most of the kitchen doors do not sit right, my cupboards at the back are black with damp I have reported this but nothing has been done. My bathroom is black after we have re grouted it several times. I would like to know what your policy is for replacing kitchens and bathrooms.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2020Lots of problems only due to me writing to and involving mp did things get done. Most of the work is done now and was very clean tidy and efficient. Couldn't fault that side of it. Just feel shouldn't have to fight for things to be sorted. Guttering has been leaking for months so fed up have fixed that one ourselves.
