If this re view request is in respect of the recent energy survey then I would say your engineer was very efficient, polite and explained the reason for his visit.

I did not think I would ever find a housing association better then the last one ....but I have. Thank you especially to Donna for all the support, understanding, thoughtfulness and kindness. So glad I moved with flagship

All work that has been done is 5* but am still awaiting to have shower floor done which is covered in urine stains from previous tenant

As far as I can see Flagship are doing a grand job. Being disabled means my requirements are often complicated, but I have nothing to complain about as all requests for help have been met with enthusiasm. My life is much easier that it might have been otherwise, and I am very grateful to Flagship for being so 'on the ball.'

Made a complaint but told no action will be taken why have a manager if they wont do any thing what a waste of time Can you please tell me who I can take this complaint to as its still a problem thank you.

I would not even give Flagship one star. There are problems with our home that Flagship have ignored for years. We are lucky if we even get an acknowledgement to a repair, concern, or complaint - mostly they are ignored, as Flagship are incapable of following their own policies/guidelines, and will downright lie to us when it suits them. Flagship have, through their lack of care, irresponsibility, and downright negligence, put our very lives in real danger, more than once! Our basic human rights in regard to the standards of our home have been totally disregarded, more than once. My physical and mental health is so seriously negatively affected that EVERYONE, including my GP and MHT, say we need to move out. EVERY workman (usually we get workmen if we arrange them ourselves) coming to our home ALWAYS says something along the lines of (to paraphrase their language) "What on earth? why is...what is this..." etc, in sheer disbelief that the place has been so shoddily designed, built, and 'maintained'. I would not trust Flagship to run a bath - literally! - let alone people's homes. Worst mistake we EVER made moving here! And how much notice will Flagship take of this? NONE WHATSOEVER.

Havent recieved an answer to our boundaries issue, have been waiting since August.. not good enough. Still waiting for new back door, radiator fix, oil tank to be moved as new legislation, and new boiler ... Great house, shame about customer care!!

Absolutely 0 star rating for Flagship. Useless and unhelpful. Was waiting more than a year for someone to come and have a look at my front door.Still waiting for them to come and change them for new one(will probably wait another few years😠) Repair services are horrible 😠😠😠

Repairs do not get sorted out properly, or sometimes at all. our downstairs toilet was leaking, we reported it but it hasn't been repaired properly and is now leaking again it only lasted 2 days before it started leaking again. Our oil tank was leaking and had been leaking into the ground causing what we were told was an environmental issue, we were told it would have to be dug out and then dug out a bit more to ensure all the oil had gone, eventually someone came to put a temporary oil tank in, the ground has never been dug out and we have had the temporary oil tank for well over a year now, flagship obviously do not care. A chap came to inspect our kitchen bathroom and windows, he said he was concerned about our windows, nothing has been done, even though they are getting harder to open and shut and drafts are getting in through them. We are trying to move now as we feel we have lost all faith. The radiators don't work properly even after my husband has bled them, so heating the house is sometimes very difficult. Upstairs hot water pressure is not good and there is no shower facility, we have purchased a shower but have to save to get this installed as we need a plumber and an electrician due to the way the hot water system has been designed. This proves difficult as you can imagine as we have 2 grown children and us we should all be able to have a bath/shower everyday, but we cannot, this is unacceptable.

This time the experience and service was very good but often it falls below that so overall i gave an average mark.Communication is something Flagship must work on.

Excellent, been with flagship for almost 12 years and I can't complain every enquire or repair or reason for having to contact them I've always had friendly service on the phone or via email
