Re:- Louise Samuel. Aids and Adaptations. We can not praise her enough by stepping in and sorting out having our bathroom sink moved after an RFT plumber would not move it, claiming that he was not qualified to do so and lying to his bosses claiming it to be a Specialist Sink when in fact it was a standard one as confirmed by several people. Louise went above and beyond in our opinion to sort this out. We do not believe that anyone else would have done what she did by taking this issue out of the hands of RFT and organising Granchester Construction to come out on VERY SHORT NOTICE. The visiting plumber did an excellent job, you would not even notice that it had been moved. Many, many, many thanks Louise. You are an amazing, wonderful person and we will be forever grateful for your help. Thank you. From Tom & Jackie Ridley

I am glad to be here at The Grove and appreciate the friendly, clear and open communication I have received from all I have dealt with and am dealing with. I am glad to be part of the community here and have friendly neighbours. I really value what is incorporated in my rent, the laundry room and the quality of the washing & drying machines, the accessible bathroom, the cleanliness of the communal areas. The one regret I have is the lack of soundproofing between my bedroom and my neighbours. I wish that I had been made aware of this at the time of viewing. Another slight upset was that I was surprised when all the wall hung pictures placed in common areas were asked to be removed / removed without a full explanation of why. Kind Regards, Graham Stephen

A pleasant man arrived and talked well then interacted with our dog, then he fixed our boiler and heating and left as if he had never been, fantastic

We had a new bathroom fitted last week and I've got to say myself and my wife are over the moon with the end result.. I must say GRAHAM SHILTON was very friendly, polite, and made sure everywhere was clean and tidy when he had finished. Thank you again.

Lack of customer care, repair or help. Waste of a day off work, I would have been better off paying lost of wages to a proper plasterer / roofer

Thank you for a beautiful kitchen, also I would like to say a comment about the workmen. Joe Cullen, Carl Prentice and Monty, I couldn’t of asked for a nicer bunch of workmen, very helpful and polite.

I'm a single mum who has an illness that keeps me in constant pain daily. I've just moved into a bungalow in gressenhall. It had some work done on it but as the last owner past away most of her stuff was taken but a lot was left behind. They have left a fridge in the front garden and tons of garden waste. They have left a she'd full of waste and a summer house full of crap. I was reassured before I moved in that it would all be moved. I was told that I had to take everything from my last property which I did at my own expence. Now they are telling me I have to do the same at this new place. The garden is in a tremendous state and has been left untouched for years. Trees are pulling at wires from the electric poles which will brake one day. Flagship have told me they will not help even though I'm very Ill and a single mum. I'm not sure who to complain to but will find out. Flagship have treated me like I'm something they've stepped in.
