United Kingdom | 05 September 2024Staff really knew their stuff and were really welcoming and chatty. The museum was really interesting and I enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely go again in the future. £10.50 for an adult ticket and you could come and go as much as you wanted through the day which was brilliant.

United Kingdom | 04 September 2024We popped in as a family and were really impressed by the display. Lots to read on the walls, and decent exhibits to look at. We took a gentle walk around and it was about 1 1/2 hours, but you could easily take longer. If it's your kind of thing I would recommend it.

United Kingdom | 18 August 2024Had a lovely time visiting the museum. Spent a couple of hours inside. Lots to read so be prepared. Had to be careful as some parts are dark, not stable on my feet, tripped a couple of times. Did not detract from the experience.

France | 14 August 2024I've made a mistake and confused the true crime museum with the crime museum of London. Laura was commercialy perfect and repayed retaining 1 £ for administration. My daughter really want to visit this museum. Also we'll do as soon as possible.

United Kingdom | 04 August 2024The staff were wonderful. They made our whole family and 2 dogs very welcome. My Greatgrandson is only 5 and it bit frightened in the dark area. The staff came to show him that there was nothing to be frightened of and were really appreciated!

United Kingdom | 04 August 2024I have visited once before, it was amazing and the staff was lovely. I purchased tickets and planned to visit again with my sibling, however they fell very ill and we weren't able to make it. After emailing The True Crime Museum, they graciously gave me a refund. Not many companies would happily do this for a customer, hence the 5 star review.

United Kingdom | 17 July 2024This little museum is a must-visit for anyone with an interest in true crime. Theres lots of information, lots of props and donated items, and even some fun activities to do along the way! As it's built into the caves, it's damp and dark but that just adds to the theme. The gift shop has some cool things too. I bought a few little goodies. All in all, we thought it was excellent! There are a couple of small rooms, and the opening for the movie room is not very wide, but mostly it is accessible for wheelchair users (there is no disabled toilet but there are plenty in Hastings & you can come & go as you please once you've paid to enter!)
