Amazing afternoon spent at the True Crime Museum. Super easy to order tickets online. Cute little gift shop, and some fun bits to do on the walk around.

Very well set out and extremely interesting. If you're into true crime then this is a great way to spend an hour or so. Nice people who run it too

Really well thought out and fascinating museum with genuine exhibits from real crimes. Had a great time with my children. Only complaint is the button that lights up the answers on cabinet where you can guess if things are real or fake don't work. We spent ages guessing and will never know! Exhibition easy to get to and find with reasonably priced entry, I highly recommend recommend a visit.

It’s a crime to not have been! I went to the crime museum in Hastings on Friday and I absolutely loved it! So much to look at and some fantastic information and filled the brim with incredible artefacts from the owners personal collection. I definitely recommend to any crime lover

Just kinda naff. The stuff they have is cool but it’s like £8 ticket to spend maybe 20 minutes tops. There’s just not a lot to see. Plus it’s cold, damp and generally not very exciting. Nothing much interactive. Kinda a waste of money honestly.

Informative , interactive and fun. Being inside caves adds to the atmosphere. Recommended for anyone who enjoys true crime and detection methods.

We were not informed there was a leak and no toilets either beforehand or when we arrived at the museum. I emailed to say I wasn't happy and the response was it was reported on news and I should if been told on arrival. I travelled from Meopham, I hadn't heard it on the news and nobody told us on arrival or I would of requested a refund. These things happen but it was the way it was dealt with that was wrong.

We visited the true crime museum on the 11.05.2024 as a family, there was so much information about so many cimes as well as the people who committed them. There was also lots of things to interact with like a luminol torch to light up blood at a scene, an electric chair to sit on and a board you could create your own prison arrest photo. We all really enjoyed every minute, the staff made us feel very welcome and reasured us that if we needed help just to ask due to my mobility issues. We will definatly go back. Ages from 8 to 53 everyone enjoyed.

Really friendly staff upon arrival at the venue. It doesn't take long to go round, but we went round twice and noticed we'd missed little bits from the first round, so definitely take your time! Good gift shop.
