Great exhibition , explanations and in an environment that gives the correct scary ambience !!! Excellent value for money

Me and my daughter had been looking forward to going all week and it didn’t disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed it as we are both into true crime. We both learnt new things too. We spent ages in there. It is definitely value for money, the staff are lovely and it’s definitely worth a visit.

Amazing time

A amazing little treasure with lots of facts and finds. Interested my boys of 14 and 12 with all the have a goes. Only small but we were in there a good while reading everything. Would go back, really enjoyed it .

We found the museum really interesting with lots of exhibits and lots of information. We were in there for over two hours because lots to read.

Service was fine, only improvement I could suggest is the option of digital ticket in place of the physical one.

Exceptional museum set in a cave system. The collection of true crime and law enforcement memorabilia is well presented and informative. The team are knowledgeable and helpful. The events are well organised, particularly the crime walk around Hastings. Highly recommended.

Went to true crime museum today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Took about an hour, but honestly if I had of read everything it would have been an hour and half easily. Some really interesting facts and objects inside but for me being able to take my dog was amazing. I've come on holiday with my dog and was extremely pleased that I could take her with me. Thank you true crime museum team for considering families with pets.

Very interesting and informative visit!! Well presented, lay-out and exhibits. We especially enjoyed the video footage of the voice of the murderers.

We visited the True Crime Museum for the first time in June and spent the whole wonderful day in there! We then had cancelled plans on the 23rd July and randomly were emailed about a Ghost Tour Walk which we booked immediately!! We had the absolute best time ever and recommend it highly to any visitors to Hastings... We can't wait to go back!

When u buy ur tickets u can turn up anytime on that particular day which is great. Me and my family turned up just before a school/college was doing a tour and was 25 ppl all in a small building,Unfortunately we wasn't told this when we entered nor could we leave and return after ,this spoilt the trip for us and we were unable to view things in the rooms and there was way 2 many ppl in there ,so very disappointed that we wasn't at least informed properly of the tour arriving or the fact we could of left and returned after they had left.

Really, really interesting. A very enjoyable hour or 2, would highly recommend.
