I have to say our experience of PSS is appalling and we have to agree with the reviewer who wrote on 6 March 2024. PSS organised our move from London to Melbourne and it has been the most horrible experience as follows: - At all points, the moving crew were to trying rush through the packing. - There was no name or identification/shipment number on the boxes, so when a number of boxes went missing, there was no identification so no chance of our boxes being found. - We had to plead with one of the movers to write a description of the contents on the box. Even so, the descriptions were inadequate and rudimentary on most of the boxes. - Five boxes were lost in transit (including a wedding dress and our wedding album). The insurer subsequently refused to reimburse us for a number of items because they were not listed on the inventory. - Everytime we raised the issue with PSS, our inquiry was passed between PSS and the receiving contractor in Melbourne, no responsbility was taken and there no sense that anyone cared about our situation. We were just told to "take it up with the insurer". Once the situation was passed to the insurer, then we felt that PSS had washed their hands of us. Overall, if you decide to go with PSS then exercise extreme caution, be very careful what you list on the insurance form and also make sure that the boxes have an identification number and that each box has a full listing of the contents shown in the inventory. We do not want our experience to be repeated with anyone else.

PSS in London were quick to respond to my queries after the initial quote. Filling the multiple forms and paiement were easy to proceed. They deliver boxes to my place and sent a tracker for pick up on collection day. The drivers are also friendly and efficient. So far im happy I picked PSS.

Brilliant service! 2 very efficient and friendly packers, nothing was too much trouble and they treated our home and contents with respect. Great customer service from the rest of the team from the contents assessor to the case worker. Would recommend this company to anyone shipping their life to the other side of the world!

Not Much to Say Apart from Utter Disappointment I don't have much to say apart from expressing my utter disappointment with PSS Removals. It has been a staggering 5.5 months since we sent our boxes from London to Brisbane, and we have yet to receive them. The company's website claimed a maximum delivery time of 3 months, but they have blatantly disregarded this commitment. I would strongly caution against using PSS Removals, as they employ multiple partners in their process, and no one seems to take responsibility. It's a constant blame game, with each party pointing fingers at the previous company, the shipping carrier, or some other excuse. The lack of accountability and transparency is appalling. We are left in the dark, with no clear understanding of where our belongings are or when we can expect to receive them. It's safe to say that my experience with PSS Removals has been an absolute nightmare. If you value your possessions and your sanity, steer clear of this company at all costs.

This whole experience so far has been brilliant. I thought this was going to be the most stressful part of moving to Australia but actually it has been the easiest. From starting with the surveyor to the office staff that are always at the end of the phone to help and guide us through every step of the way, even dropping us emails and phone calls to see if we need anything or can do anything.

The crew were polite and friendly on arrival. As I they started to pack I realised how professional and efficient they were. Everything was packed perfectly and it wasn’t a single square foot over what I was quoted.

Extremely helpful every step of the process. Friendly, careful, respectful, interested in the work. Made it as easy as possible and gave regular updates.

Good communication, excellent service. Professional work. Great loaders no problem to small. Came prepared and handled our consigment with care. Very pleased. Thank you for your efforts. Job well done.

Craig and Adam who packed and moved our belongings were excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. We've used PSS twice now for international moves, and I would recommend them. The office staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Top marks.
