Having just used PSS International Removals to organise a shipment from the UK to Australia I can categorically say I have been extremely impressed by the service they provided. Communications were fantastic. Clear, detailed advice and information was imparted in a friendly professional way. Responses were always really fast. Helen, our move manager was very supportive, went the extra mile and we were kept informed and up to date at all stages of the process. We also experienced great support from Lauren and Charlotte. The guys who came to do the packing were punctual, friendly and did a thoroughly professional job. I have no hesitation in recommending PSS to anyone considering an international removal and, should the need arise, I would use them again.

The delivery was on time, the moving cartons were intact, and the moving workers were efficient and courteous.

unfortunately not a great experience so far. Now subject to a claim with all picture[s] of numerus breakages required as evidence and testimonials from local transport company to validate our case. Hopefully they will be helpful and sort quickly without unnecessary avoidance of responsibility. We will wait and see!

The move was fine for the most part. However, I specifically asked them if they could move saxophones, and they said they had lots of experience. When the saxophones eventually arrived they were wrapped in a thin layer of paper which is in no way good enough. Saxophones are very fragile and need to be packed carefully before shipping. Everything else was fine and worked well.

Easy process, all staff available to help when needed. Packers were amazing and nothing is too much trouble for anyone in the company. Great to get a follow up call on the day of packing.

Our removal managers were prompt to respond and support on our queries as we navigated the different forms to complete and ensured we were ready on removal day. The removalists on the day were polite and super efficient in having our items packed ready for shipping. Would highly recommend PSS based on our experience so far.
