Outstanding Customer Support! I was attempting to buy a pair of boots that were identical to my existing worn out pair, with one exception - the new ones had steel toes. Unfortunately the first part had a terrible pain where the steel toe resides, I returned them and discount safety gear sent me a different pair. They felt much better, but clearly I still wasn't going to be able to wear these all day. Safety gear kindly accepted the second pair back for refund without any issues. Great Prices and great customer service!

The products took a while to.arrive. One a bit after the already extended anticipated delivery date, the other about a week or so after that. However, did ultimately arrive in good condition. Ordered 12/16 projected delivery 1/6 actual arrival mid/late January.

I bought this for my son he works outside all day in the cold and he said it was perfect. Also loved the neon color since sometimes it's really dark outside. I would definitely recommend this product!
