My second subscription fee was due, my card was automatically debited as expected, but since I switched my vault database from US to EU after a month of using bitwarden, the US account was actually the one that was billed. It only took two emails to fix the issue, the whole issue was solved within approx. 2hrs after sending the ticket. The software as well as the support are definitely worth it!

They lock you out of your account if you don't want to add 2fa on your email. So now I can't access my credit cards or passwords from my phone.

I've been using Bitwarden to protect my passwords for a long time. They are a lifesaver. They have kept my log ins secure and they have helped me when I had an issue logging into my account. The interface for obtaining your protected passwords is simple to use and easy to follow.

I decided to move from Last Pass back to Bitwarden. I was on Last Pass for about the last year. The reason was that it just seemed more responsive to auto filling when needed. I thought I'd give Bitwarden another try. I was not disappointed. They seemed to have fixed my minor annoyances. The clincher was the support. I had accidentally deleted Bitwarden from my MSFT authenticator so there was no way I could simply restart it. I sent an email to BW support and received a reply the next day! They offered a couple of solutions. The one I picked was to simply delete my account which can be done with an alternative MFA. Then simply recreate it with the same username and password. Then added it back to my MSFT authenticator. I had an up to date vault in my Last Pass so I exported it and then imported it into Bitwarden. Back in business.

I had a problem regarding auto-fill even I had the auto-fill function disabled. I got the prompt replay the next day. The explanation was clear, and problem solved. You can rely on the Bitwarden support team.

One of the best password managers. I've been using it for years. For those who want to do vulnerability analysis. They have every opportunity to do so. All the code is on github. Applications are available for all operating systems (mac/linux/Windows/iOS/android). You can use it for free. Or subscribe for $10 per year.

Bitwarden stands out as one of the best password managers available, especially for those looking for value without compromising on security or functionality. Here's why: At just $10 per year, Bitwarden offers a premium service that rivals those costing significantly more. This low price makes secure password management accessible to everyone, even those on a tight budget. The customer support provided by Bitwarden is top-notch. They are known for their fast response times and genuinely helpful assistance. Whether you're facing a technical glitch or need guidance on using their features, their support team is there to help, making the user experience smooth and worry-free. Bitwarden's browser extensions and mobile apps are not only user-friendly but also secure. They use end-to-end encryption, ensuring that your data remains private. The apps are intuitive, allowing for easy password generation, storage, and autofill across all your devices, whether you're on a PC, Mac, or using Android or iOS. Multi-Factor Authentication: Bitwarden supports a variety of MFA options, enhancing account security beyond just a master password. Your passwords are available across all your devices, ensuring you're never locked out of your accounts, even if you switch between different operating systems. User-Friendly Interface: The design is clean and straightforward, making it accessible to non-tech-savvy users while still offering advanced features for power users. Conclusion: For anyone seeking a secure, reliable, and cost-effective password manager, Bitwarden is a stellar choice. The combination of its low annual fee, excellent customer service, and the secure nature of its apps across various platforms makes it a standout option. Whether you're managing personal passwords or need a solution for your business, Bitwarden ticks all the boxes.

I've been using Bitwarden for a few years now, ever since a competing company made it difficult to access on both phone and PC with the same username. I can't be any happier with how well bitwarden works, and how seamlessly it connects all of my tech to access my pws. Highly recommend!

I had question about the features in Bitwardens password manager and authenticator apps. I received a response almost immediately pointing me to the product roadmap and how to request the feature I was looking for.

Can't even get properly started because Bitwarden's data importer isn't even capable of bringing in all my data from another provider, and fails to advise that it hasn't brought everything across. This is a great way to switch providers and risk later discovering that you've lost some of your data forever. It would be one thing if it honestly acknowledged that it couldn't transfer certain types of data. But to pretend it's performed a task when it hasn't is unacceptable. I've tried four password vault systems - Dashlane, LastPass, 1Password and Bitwarden. None of them are competent. This industry is a mud fight with a gangrenous broken arm in a trench in a tank battle in the rain at night in winter during a blizzard on a cliff overhanging an erupting volcano in a nuclear fallout zone during an earthquake under a falling meteorite on a planet being hit by an asteroid while it's being sucked into a black hole.

Unable to cancel account, Payment processor that this company uses does not accept Canadian bank Visa/Interac Debit cards. No problem the last payments until this year. I had to cancel and delete Bitwarden account and go with a free open source offline password manager. I think that this is an American thing. I have uninstalled this app from al my devices and computers. You should not have to pay to use a password manager in this day and age.

I am only a single, personal user and after trying several password managers along the years, I started using Bitwarden for no more experiences. I am entirely pleased with this App and searching for any other similar App will just be a waist of time. Moreover, every time I needed customer support, I was quickly answered and clarified.

Bitwarden is both lean and mean (especially compared to LastPass! It supports every conceivable feature on both Chrome, Windows desktop and Android (probably also on Apple). Quick and easy to search. The Windows DT app is always a click away. I've been using it for years, and will continue to do so.

This secure cross-platform vault works on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, Windows, Mac and Linux) flawlessly. Storing passwords and now Pass Keys, and secure notes, it is has now replaced all my other sources and slowly reducing my need for the YubiKey on my keyring (though I won't retire that entirely). Highly recommended.

A good product to keep track of passwords and changes. The paid version also provides for real time authenticator usage as well.
