The medical screening was straightforward

Siya, the person who answered my phone call was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took me through all the points clearly, though there is a lot to take in. I said I was willing to receive the policy by email 'so long as my computer was behaving'. I found it difficult to print all the different points and phone back the next day to ask that the policy be sent by post. This was willingly agreed to and I received it yesterday.

The guy was very pleasant, explained everything fully and made it easy for me.
