United Kingdom | 30 January 2025I purchased a travel insurance policy the other day and was charged twice for it. When I rang the next day they said they'd only taken one payment . I rang twice and both times was told only one payment was taken. I got in touch with my bank who confirmed 2 payments had been taken and they gave me the times. I sent an email with a copy of my statement and they quickly found the other payment. I got a refund the next day. It was just worrying.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Would have been 5 star if it hadn’t have been for the suggestion that mature people with a few minor problems are, under the best possible option offered by your questionnaire just about able to walk unaided. My wife and I are both 76 we have a few minor problems my wife attends the gym 3 times and I attend the gym 8 times a week yet your questionnaire dose not ask anything about our physical ability it just seams to assume that because we are mature with a few minor problems that we are decrepit.
