In fairness I was previously a customer and had been so pleased with the service that I returned! I have medical issues that were accommodated in my policy and my previous policy seemed to be easily updated! The lady who took my details was polite and thorough and when she needed to clarify details with her manager, she didn’t hesitate to excuse herself! I prefer working with someone who wants to get the policy correct rather than rushing to close the deal!

I had to renew my yearly policy and had previously had a call to remind me and would be given a discount if we renewed. After doing an online quote I rang them for my discount. The lady was very good and I saw i forgot to include a previous illness. This was dealt with quickly and the quote stayed the same and even better after my discount. A good phone call
