Took out a policy last year. I was verry pleased with the agent and price of the policy. Called today to talk about possible changes to the policy when we renew. I found it difficult to understand the agent. She also wanted to go through my medical details again. Even though I told her there had been no changes since last year. I gave up in the end... Goodtogo have since been in contact and have resolved the issue.

I would like to have an annual policy for travel in the UK only but goodtogo do not offer such a policy. However, I am glad to have single trip cover at a reasonable price.
