Initially a very disappointing service - flowers sent to a friend were 3 days late and nothing like I'd ordered - a 1* service so far. However, I found Bunches Customer Service superb from the moment I complained - they offered to send another bunch (declined by my friend) - I requested reimbursement - the money was in my account 2 days later!

Yet another fabulous bouquet delivered to a very happy recipient. Flowers are still offering cheer over 10 days later. Thank you Bunches for a great service.

Sent my Daughter some flowers after having emergancy operation. Excellant deliverd on time which I was worried they would not arrive on set date , she said she loved them they were beautiful

The buying process was easy, with lovely designs to chose from. Delivery was fine. Unfortunately the flowers hardly matched the picture, even after recovering.

Arrived really quickly and beautiful dried flowers.

The bouquet was sooooooo much smaller than the one displayed online. They show a picture online of a bigger, more beautiful bouquet, but then they use the excuse that they list how many of each flowers are in each bouquet, and that they are sent in buds, but the difference is massive. The bouquet in the pictures must definitely have more stems than in the description. I emailed them pictures of how the bouquet was shown online, and how the bouquet was received, it literally looked as if a half of the bouquet was missing! Do yourself a favour and but from somewhere else for half the price.

Great choice of flowers and extras if you require them. Ordering online is easy, delivery is spot on and my relative is very happy with her gifts. Well done Bunches.

Unfortunately the flowers weren’t on time but it wasn’t their fault. It was Royal mail. They had a new person working apparently and he was very young and didn’t press The intercom but when the flowers arrived they were absolutely beautiful so even though it didn’t work out 100% the flowers were amazing and it was an unfortunate, experience because it was Royal Mails fault. And the florist actually have been incredibly fair to me and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating and sorry about this and every way have helped so I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend it to everyone

I used bunches for the first time. Blinking brilliant service, the order arrived early the following morning, even though I ordered quite late the evening before, would defo use again.

As always the website is easy to navigate and to find what I want. My friends flowers were delivered in the exact day I requested. Royal Mail were polite and friendly too. The flowers were perfect and a week later they have bloomed fabulously.

Flowers arrived on time, but message card was missing so recipient didn't know who flowers were from.

I ordered flowers from here and they were delivered very late in the day. I was a bit disappointed but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and order from them again for a friends special birthday, The flowers and card did not arrive so it looks like I haven’t bothered to do anything for my friends birthday, Terrible company, I will never order from them again Update. They arrived the following day. They were half dead and most of the stems were broken.

Easy to navigate website. Flowers exactly as shown. My recepients always love the flowers, plants and hampers I send. The flowers last for several weeks.

The flowers didn’t look value for money. Was underwhelmed !
