I don’t think i’ve had an experience, ordered some flowers for a friend with serious health problems, she received them on the right day, has said thank you.

Order not delivered in time. Bunches customer service said an email was sent to dispute delivery address, as house name given rather than number. Email never received so customer unaware of problem. Confirmation of order stated that the gift was on the way! Unhappy with bunches customer service apologies on this matter. Left feeling that the fault lies completely with the customer.

5 stars plus for this company again flowers were delivered over a week ago for my Aunties Birthday, she received them on time and and when I spoke to her yesterday she said that they are still colourful and blooming, I have used this company quite a few times for Christmas and Birthday wishes and they have never let me down yet, well done Bunches!!!

The delivery was great but not value for money when I received a photo of the flowers received I did not feel they were worth the price . I expected more flowers in the bouquet more expensive flowers.

Placed my order for delivery on Friday28th. June and it was delivered via Royal Mail in the afternoon of that day. Not knowing they were on the way, the recipient was surprised and delighted with the flowers which were really beautiful. Many thanks. N.T.

Wonderful customer service I'm giving this company full marks because I recently bought a bouquet for my sister's 60th. It was late arriving however. Not really Bunches fault, but the Royal Mail's. Nevertheless I was disgruntled because it was a milestone birthday and wrote a letter of complaint. I was impressed when the company offered a whole new bunch of different flowers for my sister as an apology. So was my sister impressed - she was made up! I subsequently, a couple of weeks later bought my daughter some flowers and they arrived in perfect condition and in good time. I have found the ladies who work for this company to be efficient, polite and personable in their contact with me. Well done Bunches for offering such a good service - increasingly rare in this age of online robotic fob offs!

I ordered flowers from Italy to my sister in Loughborough. The flowers looked perfect, as it was in the picture. They lasted more than a week and still looked fresh and vibrant. Extremely happy with the quality and services at Bunches.

Delivered on time but there was no scope to give alternative address. We opted for large bunch but there was little difference in the size of bunch compared to medium. Very disappointing considering how much they cost. I was expecting them in water inside a box, but they were bare and dry.

I paid £46 for a bouquet of flowers, that looked so spartan and did not resemble the picture in the catalogue! On a separate occasion from another supplier I paid £75 and the bouquet was much larger and in addition a greater selection of beautiful flowers. exceptionally disapointed as the flowers were for a Wedding Anniversary.I will not buy anymore flowers from this company.
