I ordered your Rhubarb & custard flowers for my friend, when I saw them they looked nothing like your website photo. The only good thing I can say is that the flowers did look fresh and of good quality

Flowers delivered a day late, and in poor condition. Very floppy through lack of water, and definitely did not appear to be in the same quantity as displayed online. Indeed, they may not recuperate despite being given immediate water and flower food. Very disappointed and embarrassing to have sent. First - and last time I shall be using BUNCHES. Customers should be informed and made fully aware that flowers quality and longevity may suffer as a result of a late, albeit cheaper delivery option. Had I been aware of this possibility I would not have used this company. I wish I had asked for delivery to be made 2 days before the occasion, so at least they would have received something in time for their birthday. :(

''As per terms and conditions'' The flowers that I bought and what arrived are like day and night and they got the cheek to say as per terms and conditions. Never again. Roses and White Freesias. 1 rose is missing, white freesias are not even blooming. DO NOT use them, service agent cloe is just rude too,awful experience. Also my flowers travelled 200 miles for 2 days. And as Cloe said it is per terms and conditions. Acceptable. Missing rose, bloomless freesias and 2 day travel - fab.

The flowers were reasonably priced, arrived on time and were well packaged and fresh. They were beautiful, exactly as the online image with a perfect balance of colours and styles. I had a query which the customer services team dealt with promptly and politely. I usually go to Bunches when I want to send flowers. The ones which were sent to my Sister were excellent, but I was sent flowers from Bunches a few weeks ago from a friend. I was so disappointed with them as a few of the heads had been broken. I have used Bunches since then myself, and my Sister was very happy with them.

Delivery great. Flowers appear different in real life, and the biscuit was all crumbled and broken unfortunately.

The flowers were for an 80th birthday and although I haven’t actually seen the flowers the lady in question was delighted with them.

The flowers arrived on time for a friend's retirement celebrations. She kindly sent me a couple of photos. At first I thought the bunch looked disappointingly small compared to the photo on the website but the second photo showed that they had opened into a lovely bouquet.

The flowers I chose were fresh and as shown in the picture. The delivery was on time and left as before in the "safe place". The site wasn't too difficult to use, though I always have a few problems. I've used Bunches a few times now and will continue to do so.
