United Kingdom | 24 March 2024I am rating this with one star but they don’t even deserve it. Ordered a large letterbox bouquet and a tiny box of dead and broken flowers were delivered. I am beyond disappointment by this company, I could’ve buyed a very nice Waitrose bouquet for a quarter of the price I payed for some dead flowers from this company. Never ever I would buy from this company again.

United Kingdom | 24 March 2024Really disappointing flowers. I live abroad and so opted to use an online flower delivery service to send flowers to my mom for mother's day. I video called my mom on the day and she showed me the flowers and tried to show she was happy but I was shocked and asked her to send me pics. The pics look like something I could of picked up from the petrol station. I won't be using bunches in the future and will try another online service instead.

United Kingdom | 23 March 2024I think the product was OK but the delivery was not - the basket of bulbs had bulbs and soil all falling out, the whole thing was quite muddy, and my mum (was a mother's day present) only managed to get one of the bulbs replanted so that it flowered.

United Kingdom | 22 March 2024This is the second time I've used bunches. The first time was great, however, my second experience has been awful. I usually don't leave reviews, but I feel this one would be valuable to anyone looking to order for a special occasion. Flower deliveries are usually ordered by the customer for special occasions. Special occasions usually take place on a certain day. As such, you'd expect the company to realise the importance of this, especially in this industry - and prioritise on-time delivery. I placed an order (in good time) and selected Friday 22nd as my delivery date. On Friday 22nd, I had heard nothing from Bunches so I decided to get in touch. I spoke to someone at customer services, who indirectly told me this was my own fault for choosing "Tracked 24" postage, and that this postage can take 1-2 days to deliver. However, I must add that during the checkout, I didn't see any alternative postage methods other than selecting a specific date for delivery, which I did. Furthermore, I ordered over 72 hours in advance, so even if delivery could take "1-2 days", it should have still arrived. If you are ordering for a specific date, I'd recommend steering clear of this company, as there's a good chance you, or your loved one will be disappointed.

United Kingdom | 22 March 2024Flowers arrived on time but was a little disappointed with the size of bouquet. My daughter said she ordered the large size, but these were definitely not a large bunch. Most lasted over 7 days. Bit disappointed as I know my daughter spent a lot of money and she was disappointed when she saw them.

We ended up with 2 bunches in the basket after an irksome password reset and a CAPCHA experience then typed the delivery address which it couldn't find so had to type it in yet again. The prices don't include delivery (even though that's the only option) and they keep trying to upsell you with a click in the wrong place. Left to myself I'd have just gone elsewhere but my wife has more patience

I ordered this Azalea for my Mum so I’ve only seen a photo but it looks just like the one on the website and my mum was really pleased with it. It arrived on time and it was very well packaged so it arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely order from Bunches again.

The last 2 or 3 times the flowers have looked "less" than what I expected and the Mothers Days flowers I felt fell far short of good value for money. I then saw the previous bouquet I'd ordered on behalf of my teen daughter and they too looked really meagre. I did contact customers services (saying I did not want any form of redress) but just wanted to give them feedback. A vague automated reply irritated me somewhat so I raised the matter again and no response. I emailed the managing director (Dan Turner) who again did not respond. I did tweet them to see how I could leave a review on their own review site but again silence. Having spent £700 with them over the years (using my current Bunches account) I have sought other florists now, and will share my spend with them. There are several to choose from both local and national online. Its a shame that a company thats been going since 1989 whom I have supported purposely has changed this way, but hopefully any replacement company will excel...

United Kingdom | 21 March 2024Deeply disappointed by the flowers which arrived for mother's day. They looked nothing like the picture on the website. About 90% were in bud. Stems looked like they were missing. All of the smaller filler flowers which didn't need to be in bud were not visible. Bunches advise that you check the stem count but I wasn't going to ask my mum to do that. I understand they arrive mostly in bud for longevity but all impact is lost. Surely, a few stems in bud would have been sufficient. I saw nicer looking bouquets in Sainsbury's for half of the price. Plus the bouquet was left on the front door step by the couriers when they could have left it on the back porch. I do not recommend...And the buds never did flower over the coming weeks.

I would use bunches again because they were more than happy to resolve my issue and I tend not to judge on my first purchase! Thanks Bunches :)

Had emailed company day before the flowers were delivered to check as no delivery confirmation had been received, they did not reply!! Have to consider they were dispatched having received my email?? So extremely disappointed! Have recently used another company who managed to deliver next day at 8 am, less than 16 hours after placing order
