Need to improve delivery, the basket arrived in the box upside down with the soil everywhere and damage to the packaging.

Excellent experience. It could have got messy as I had to change the date of delivery after confirming the order, and Bunches handled that with ease. My new go to online florist!

They seemed good value for a nice bunch of mother's day flowers but while the flowers delivered were the same type as ordered, they really didn't look great and nothing like the vibrant ones shown on the website, they were at best 'tired'. I'll pay a bit more and stick with local florists in the future.

MY Mum's 94th birthday was the day before Mothers Day so I ordered flowers, chocolates and a candle to do both days. They said they tried to deliver between 6.30 - 7.30pm. My Mum was in as she doesn't get out by herself. They then left them at a local depot which was a post office so closed on the Sunday. I had to try and find someone to go and collect it on the Monday as I live in Australia. Most disappointed as that meant my Mum received nothing on her birthday or Mothers Day!

Sent flowers to my mum. They were gorgeous, so nice I was going to get myself some.......but within 2 days they started to go droopy and 5 days they were dead, She hadn't had the heating on either. Bit disappointing for the price

Reliable delivery and lovely flowers that last

I received a wonderful gift of a mini rose bush in a cat-shaped planter on my birthday, which was delivered by Royal Mail. I must say that I'm absolutely delighted with it! The rose bush was super fresh with loads of little buds and flowers on it when it arrived. It has been seven weeks since I received the gift, and even though the flowers have now gone, the actual bush is still prospering. Along with the mini rose bush, I also received a mini boxed birthday cake, a packet of sunflower seeds, a message card, and two care books. The cat planter is made of natural stuff and looks great. My cat also likes to play with it and nibble its whiskers. Overall, it's a great gift that never fails to make me smile every time I look at it. I would highly recommend this gift to anyone looking for a thoughtful and unique present.

Bought flowers for my daughter to celebrate her first Mother’s Day as new mom. I sent a personalised card with it . I ordered it for delivery on Mother’s Day which was a Sunday as on the website they had delivery’s for that day . Upon receiving the tracking number it was with Royal Mail who never delivered it on the Sunday . So I was waiting for my daughter to ring me to let me know they arrived but they didn’t as they said no one was home which count have happened so they eventually were delivered on the Tuesday . She was delighted with them and the personalised card was lovely . I was also happy they were not delivered on Sunday as my daughter was away unknown to me . .

Bought flowers for my mother. Arrived on time and were really good value for money - lots of stems and in really good condition. Were still going strong a week after they arrived. Easy to order and a good choice on the website. Much the best flower delivery service I have used. Will use again.

Wasn’t very impressed with what we got for the cost

My mom loved the flowers and chocolates she received for Mother's Day. There are plenty of options on the website, and it's easy to use. I particularly like that the orders are sent through royal mail, as it is slightly better for the planet.
