I have used Bunches for years and have never been disappointed until recently. I sent a bouquet for a 100 year birthday celebration. They were droopy and second rate. They were replaced but I was disappointed. My husband just sent me a bouquet of freesias and roses. The roses have drooped within 2 days. We are both disappointed! Don’t think I’ll be using you again. Shame.

I ordered flowers on late Sunday evening, to be delivered on Wednesday. Although they were letterbox they did not fit the letterbox and the person was out. They were delivered next day, still nice and fresh. Well done Bunches and Royal Mail. I saw them 10 days later, they were beautiful and still fresh.

I tried Bunches for the first time to by my mother in law a bouquet. Unfortunately they did not arrive on my requested date, instead a day later. Which was useless as id ordered them to come before I left so I could take them to her, however they came a day late. So she never received them… just as well as the bouquet looked cheap. Looked like a bouquet I could get from the supermarket for £8…. I spent £25. Im glad they arrived late and I didn’t give them to her as they would’ve been embarrassing as a gift. I instead bought a bouquet from the supermarket for £25 which was much much larger and very beautiful. Will not be buying from again.

I bought an XL bouquet for a friends special birthday. She rang to say the perfume from the flowers had filled the room. The flowers looked really fresh and in fact she said they were the best flowers she had ever received.
