Perfect fit - new retainers are just what I needed to keep my teeth straight after months of change!! :)

I appreciated the updates & notifications in the process of my order. I was a little concerned on the length of time it took to receive the order. The process started in November & I received it in January. I understand that I needed to do a mold of my teeth & the holidays were going on but it still took a little longer than I thought it should. I will be ordering again in 3 or 4 months, & hope to see the process go a little faster. Quality of the products seems to be very good

I have what I thought is a blister on the inside of my bottom lip. Upon going to the dentist he called it a mucocele caused by improper fitting of aligners.

The retainers do not fit in my daughter‘s mouth properly. Contacted customer service still no response. No reliable phone number only can email or chat .

The aligners are way too expensive for what they are. It’s back to that cheap flimsily material that Smile Direct had, it’s cut up my gums even when I file them down, and they are extremely uncomfortable, even after a week. I feel like my teeth are shifting and not in a good way.

They fit perfectly. Wish I could sign on and see my account and how it works going further.

Hi, I am so glad I finally received my order today 1/28/25. It was scheduled for delivery on 1/22/25, however our mail delivery in New Orleans was delayed 5 days due to unprecedented 10" of snow! My retainers fit snug as I am sure they should. My old retainers were were beginning to stretch after 6 months + of use. Thank you.

My retainers did not fit. The bottom ones fit Ok but the top ones pop right out and will not stay in. A waste of money.

The service and the ordering and freebies were great, but my retainer is incredibly uncomfortable. I received some kind of comfort upgrade, which makes the retainer rest higher on my gums, and it hurts to the point where it’s causing cuts in my mouth.

Great aligners! I had aligners for over 5 years, replacing them sometimes had pieces on the aligners that would scratch. They have improved and now fit more comfortably and after wearing the new set, I noticed my teeth are better aligned like when I first had completed the aligner treatment. Get a new retainer here, it's worth it!

i responded a week ago on 1/20/25 requesting to speak with a Human. (an option given by your email). I have not been contacted as of yet. my teeth are shifting because the shipped retainers do not fit.

The retainers are so much more comfortable since you smoothed the edges. Very happy with them.

Wrong order was sent when I specially confirmed with a rep multiple times. Terrible service
