There should be a location where someone does the molding and scans of your teeth. The instructions were very vague

Requested my retainers be printed from SDC 2019 file. Instead, I am still getting it printed from a recent impression kit that I repeatedly said I did not like.

Haven’t received them.. been waiting almost a month.

Had all my records from Smile Direct

After a week of wearing week 1 of week1/2 straighteners and used the emery board on the very rough and sharp edges I am still getting sores in my mouth. I’ve bought mouth wax to use but this is not great for sure.

Excellent, attentive customer service after receiving the wrong order. Mistakes happen, but I was quickly contacted by 3 different people to make sure that the right product was being sent, and that I was happy with the service I was receiving to make things right. That is a quality that a lot of companies no longer have.

Ordering (reorder) was easy, retainers fit perfect and delivered in a reasonable time grande.

I didn't choose you. More like you inherited me. This is the 3rd company I've been with since I started this. My teeth are somewhat better than I started but not what I would call straight. I told the original company (Smiles Direct) about this and they were supposed to send me some new molds but they didn't. Then I told the second company (Dr. Direct) and never heard from them. But at least you sent the retainers and they are fine.

Received the wrong thing! Sent me an impression kit when my records are on file and it said so when I ordered. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I cannot recommend. Not reliable or accurate.

My Aligners are just not fitting as well as they have in the past. Bottom right will not stay down on my teeth. The fit seems loose..Not very happy this time with the quality or fit.

Great material quality and prompt delivery. However and most importantly, the retainers did not fit. They fit loose and curved out towards the lips instead of going along with the natural tooth curves.

Hello, I reordered new retainers threw the new company and since i was not able to get them threw smile direct my teeth shifted, I reached out to the new company to see what they can do to help fix/adjust my teeth back and only offered a discount code. I am still very upset that my teeth are no longer straight and to fix them i have to pay 900.00 more or and adjustment I feel this is not right and smile direct was not able to offer what I needed to keep my teeth straight and my wedding in 6 months and they will only get worse!
