However, the "premium" case was not shipped (received what I'm assuming is the regular one), and the "comfort fit" required significant filing of the sharp edges (no worse than the Smile Direct ones, but I was hoping for better). Edit: After wearing the retainers (no wonder you’re asked for a review immediately after receiving), I found that they fit very poorly, despite doing a new set of impressions. The top retainer is so loose that I can pop it out with just a push of my tongue on one corner. The bottom retainer doesn’t fully seat, if it seats on the front teeth, it pops off the back (and vise-verse). It has space gaps in the top center front, as well as large gaps on the inside of the back teeth. I went back to the last set I had from SD as even at 4 months of wear and two repaired fillings - they still fit better.

They sent me emails thru out the process from reminding me it was time to order my next set of retainers, to letting me know each step of the process in making my retainer's, to when they were shipped along with a tracking number and then emails letting me know where they were in the shipping process and updating the date they would arrive. The retainers themselves are well made and durable. They fit snugly keeping my teeth in the desired position. I highly recommend this company!

United States | 20 January 2025They are quick to get your money and slow to get your product. It seems the same as Smile Direct, but the packaging is smaller. Operators cannot do anything but answer what they have written before them with little to no proper help. It is ok for what you will pay. I have to wait to see what the final results will be.

I specifically said that the problem was the fit of the retainer, that is causing pain in my lower jaw. I specifically asked to get a new kit so we can do new retainers, instead you send me a new retainer set , the same that I already have. Basically I still cannot use them and all this time waisted for nothing. I NEED A NEW KIT SO I CAN DO THE PRINTING FOR A NEW SET OF RETAINERS. Please advice. Thank you for your assistance

United States | 20 January 2025There has to be a better way to do impressions for night guards. You only have 2 sizes, neither cover my back molars and so I’ve had to do this over now 3 times. This is the last time. No one there seems to be able to help, they just say ‘try’. If it doesn’t work this time, I would like my money back the guard that I’ve already paid to have produced and I’ll just have to go to a local orthodontist fora night retainer. This whole experience after SmileDirwct has been awful.
