My experience of Oneweekdrivingcourse was that it was extremely helpful in terms of getting to grips with driving very quickly. The ease of booking the course made this option very appealing to me as it didn't require myself to fit many lessons around my busy schedule. I was assigned my instructor (Nitesh Bhamm) quite early on, before my course began and was speaking to him prior to the course starting. My instructor, Nitesh Bhamm, really prepared me for what I previously thought had been quite a stressful process. Within the first day of my course, I had down the basics and was driving on the main road with having no prior road experience under my belt outside of driving in an empty car park. Nitesh gave amazing tips on how to become a better driver on the road and provided me with perfect reference points when it came to the manoeuvres of the practical test. I believe his teaching style really pushed me to become the best driver I could and pass my practical test with ease. I do not believe that I would've picked up driving as easily and passed first time as I did without the help from Nitesh. I highly recommend Nitesh Bhamm if you would like to pursue an intensive course as he is an brilliant instructor. Although, the practical test did not come straight after my lessons, roughly a month afterwards (21/02/2025) due the delayed process of driving courses within the UK, I was thoroughly prepared by the intensive course and instructor to pass my practical test with 3 minors. This test was also done in an area I had not practiced in at all and I had no previous knowledge of any of the roads or junctions. I would recommend this course to other people if you are capable of learning within a short amount of time through vigourous lessons. My course entailed 36 Hours - 6 days of driving, approximately 5 hours driving each day. It is very intensive and does take its toll, however if you can push through it, it is very rewarding and will allow you to pass first time like I did. A recommendation to other people is that I would leave a larger gap between when you book your intensive course and the date of it starting. This allows the company to have a higher chance to book a practical test for you right after you finish your course. For reference, I booked my test at the end of November and didn't get my test for January after my course but got one (at the earliest opportunity 17th Feb). I opt to have a larger gap to ensure you can get that practical test closer to the end of your course lessons finishing. But nonetheless, I still ended up passing first time which is an attestation to the driving course and my instructor, Nitesh Bhamm. Thank you Nitesh for helping me pass and oneweekdrivingcourse for arranging my practical test.

I am a qualified driving instructor and like most good ones am fully booked. This outfit don’t seem to have instructors and I get regular emails from them offering me pupils. The latest offered me £40 per hour so with the fee these guys take a very expensive way to learn. My adivice would be to contact local instructors to you and discuss your needs directly. No need for a middleman who try’s to take on instructors they have never met.

Formal Complaint Regarding Driving Instructor Dear [Booking Team/Customer Service Team], Driving instructor Christine walls I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the behavior of a driving instructor assigned to me through your company. I paid £1,250 upfront for the course and have been left deeply upset and distressed by my experience. Last Wednesday, I contacted your office as I had not been contacted regarding my lessons. I spoke with a lady who questioned whether I had driven before. Upon confirming that I had, she informed me that she wouldn’t allow me to use her car for the test. She also mentioned that my father could take me, despite knowing he works full-time and lives in Reading, which is not a feasible solution. I found her remarks unprofessional, particularly given the substantial amount of money I had paid. She also made it clear from the outset that she was unwilling to work Saturdays. On January 9th, she arrived 15 minutes late for my lesson, and today, January 10th, she was late again by the same amount of time. When I tried to call your company, your office had not yet opened. During today's lesson, a man of a different ethnicity pulled out in front of us, which prompted the instructor to launch into an extremely offensive and racist tirade. She made derogatory comments, including that "foreigners come over here, take our jobs and money, don’t follow the rules, and are entitled," and went on to state that "these people blow up places" and that they should leave the country. I was shocked and appalled by her behavior and told her that her remarks were racist. Instead of addressing my concerns, she became hostile. She repeatedly interrupted my learning process by making me start and stop the car unnecessarily, preventing me from progressing with what I needed to learn. When I raised my concerns and reminded her of the amount of money I had paid, she belittled me, mocked me, and stated that she would report me as a beginner driver, which is untrue. She repeatedly swore and belittled me which is disgusting from anyone. Her refusal to deliver the service I paid for and her attitude—arriving late, swearing, being dismissive, and making racist remarks—are completely unacceptable. This experience has left me distraught and disheartened, especially as I am training to become an emt at university and rely on this course to progress with my driving. I have had lessons with other instructors and my father previously and have never encountered such behavior. Given the circumstances, I request either a full refund or to be reassigned to another driving instructor who can deliver the professional service I was promised. I also feel obligated to report this incident to the DVSA. The company have since got back to me saying the refund is down to the driving instructor and because they delivered on a test I cannot do the test with out the 24 hour lessons and a car and shouldn’t have to be sworn at and hearing racist remarks constantly. No apology or refund has been given

They are extremely scammy and useless. I booked and then they where trying to say I owed them a larger amount of money to the money advertised, due to an apparent problem with the website (doesn’t sound like my problem sounds like false advertising). They also kept getting dates wrong in the confirmations. Booking was made on the 9th of December but they turn round on the 20th 11 days later to say they can’t do it after confirming they will tell me more information closer the time previously. They then proceed to take multiple days to reply to my request for updated information or refund. Overall useless service and very scammy please avoid the red flags are all over the reviews. Update: There reply makes them sound routine but don’t advertise what you can’t give, and don’t make me wait weeks to not give what I’ve purchased, don’t waste your time with these unprofessional people go elsewhere!!

If anyone wants details on how I have just had my decision upheld by the courts on a point of law entitling me to a full refund from this cowboy outfit and their arrogant owner, please feel free to email me. All you need is to have booked within the last twelve months and I can give you the documents you need And I can assure you all I am genuine, because he knows which court he was in on 16/12/24 that told him his terms and conditions weren't worth the paper they were written on and, as I had told him, don't trump the law.

I think my intensive course with OneWeekDriving was a crucial driving approach that I gained from my Instructor, Safeer Ahmad which led me to pass my practical driving test on my first attempt. I felt very satisfied. Another thing that I was so impressed with was their test booking schedule for me - they respected their word and guarantee very well (within 10 days after the course).

I would highly recommend One Week Driving Course to everybody learning to drive, it was super easy to book the course, I found out the test date on my first day of having a lesson, my instructor (Charanjit Malhi) was a absolutely fantastic instructor and I would definitely recommend her to everybody learning to drive, she is so supportive and her teaching methods are great and she makes you feel confident in driving, I personally feel doing a intensive driving course is the best way to learn to drive, again I would highly recommend One Week Driving Course and Charanjit Malhi and thank you for helping me learn to drive and pass first time 😊

Many special thanks to Badia, my driving instructor who in just one week and 18 hours of lessons, has helped me pass my driving test!!! A lovely person, with great patience yet a firm hand to help really understand what I needed to master in order to be a safe and responsible driver. And thanks to the team for organising my exams so swiftly in a matter of 8 weeks. Definitely worth to have some prior experience with friends and family, and then refine with the instructor. 10/10. One tip for you, once your test is booked, you best check for alternative dates/centers yourself 👍

To start with, booking the driving course is so easy to do online and everything gets sorted out for you quickly, then I got introduced to my instructor Marcia who then promptly booked me in for each lesson, which unfortunately for us was a bit short notice however Marcia is the best instructor I could have asked for! She worked a miricle and got me to a passing level in just 6 days! I repeat I learned to drive and passed my test in 6 days! Thank you again Marcia for all your help, you really are an amazing human!

Difficult, contrary and rude, Mark Bonney in particular. Dealing with this company left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. Save your money by getting some local instruction and booking an earlier test through an app such as Testi.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. The worst company I have dealt with. Not often the same company will accuse you of being a “woke leftie”, a “Karen” and a racist in the space of 24 hours for simply asking why we were not getting more info about a test a week away and where none of the lessons were due to take place until 48 hours before. The owner is one of those gammon faced angry men who works in a portacabin somewhere. Horrific people. Look at the reviews and decide for yourself. Instead of using this company - 1) book a test direct with DVLA (or the useful apps you can buy) and 2) call a local driving instructor and ask them to do some intensive lessons. You don't need a middle-man to take a fee, especially one who rages against the world.

Despite booking months in advance, this company cancelled on two occasions for both my daughters just a few days before they were due to take their week long driving course. They don't seem to have driving instructors lined up despite the booking being taken and booked long in advance. Really frustrating as now we're back to the start with a long wait for any availability elsewhere. Rude and unhelpful on the phone when trying to get it all sorted out as well. I don't quite get what's going on with this company. Some people have a 5 star experience, whilst 52% of reviews are 1 star, like this one.

I recently passed my driving test recently through the OneWeekDrivingCourse company. They booked my theory test for me, lessons and practical test very swiftly. My instructor, Sayed Chowdury, was very helpful and continuously pushed me to learn from my mistakes so that i could be as test ready as possible. An intensive course is as it’s described in the name, Intense! You have to approach it ready to learn and to push through all the driving fundamentals in an extremely short period of time. This is mainly for the people who like me would most likely forget some fundamentals if their lessons were spaced out as opposed to all in one go. The intensive course is really good and recommend it for those that are open to learning at a fast rate.

They put me in touch with a driving instructor named Lee Carroll who cancelled a lesson and has refused to give me a refund £140 for the lesson he cancelled. Has been reported to the DVSA who are investigating Lee.

I took my intensive course with Adam in Sale (Manchester) who helped me get my pass after 5 different instructors and a very frustrating 4 years. Adam very quickly identified my driving style and what I was struggling with and was firm and straight to the point in addressing my faults (which was needed with just 4 days to prepare for the test) whilst also maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude. Brilliant experience with One Week Driving Course, even in the run-up to the course starting I received good communication from the company about what would be happening with my course. Would definitely recommend
