United States | 05 September 2024Bridgepoint Cabin is in a great location, only 3 minutes from the Mast General Store, and the Mast Annex Store. We enjoyed the wrap around porch, as well as seeing many deer early mornings, and late evenings, that would walk into the cabin yard. Also the cabin is right on the Wautauga River, and easy access for fishing. The cabin was fully stocked with all the amenities needed making our weeks stay enjoyable.

United States | 05 September 2024I loved the rustic feel of the cabin and the convenience of the location. The oven was unusable for me to cook for our family reunion because I guess someone before spilled oil or something in the bottom and it didn’t get cleaned out. The whole place started smoking and I had to open all the doors and windows and that was just from preheating. The hot tub was so overly chlorinated that it burned our eyes and nose so we couldn’t really enjoy that. I even left the cover off for two days hoping it would help. The trash was not emptied from the visit before us so the bears strowed it everywhere and I wasn’t going to clean it up. I don’t think I would stay in this cabin again because it’s literally right on top of another house. I will rent from BRMR again because we’ve rented many cabins before and been pleased. This one was cute but too many negatives.

United States | 05 September 2024Beautiful cabin, with everything you need. It is very secluded, so prepare to cook, no delivery service, but there is a small restaurant near by. If you are looking to disconnect in peace and luxury this is your place, love that is pet friendly. Very clean, very well appointed.

United States | 05 September 2024It was good being back in Banner Elk. We have missed it since selling our cabin. The power outage was unfortunate but familiar. The leak from the vent over the dryer should be fixed. The fan in the main floor ensuite should be repaired. Checkout time should be changed to 11:00 not 10:00. The bedpost in the main floor bedroom should be repaired. The grill om the porch did not function; may have been out of propane. One of the lights in the main floor bedroom wasn't working. Main floor TV was very difficult to operate. Otherwise, all good!

United States | 05 September 2024Rented a cabin on Labor Day weekend, Beaver Rock Lodge. My family and I were looking forward too it, as we have rented 3 times with Blue Ridge. The cabin we rented, living room AC was not working, Kids bedroom upstairs had no AC. And two seperate porch doors were not locking, which is a huge safety concern, especially when I have 2 little kids. Lights porch deck would not turn on. I reached out to after hours support to ask for accommodations. The after hours team, mentioned I can't send anyone out tonight, but first thing tomorrow and just put a chair up against the door. Anybody with kids, would know this is 100% unacceptable. My Family and I drove home that night in pouring rain for 2.5 hours, very disappointed with the after hours support team, and how the cabin was not functioning properly to enjoy a long weekend.

After booking our rental, they were very responsive sending emails informing us of all that would take place during and after our stay. Our rental was exactly as pictured and described and worked very well for our stay, We were contacted during our rental via text several times to insure all was well.

United States | 05 September 2024This was easy to book. Representative always available to assist and answer any questions. Cabin was very clean and loaded with dishes and cookware. Very nice hot tub. Nice back yard for our puppy to get some exercise. The main Camp of Eagles Nest was right around the corner and easy to access the amenities.
