Great service, good value and delivered on time

Motor delivered and works well. Took a month to arrive rather than the 10 days advertised - presumably as it wasn't actually in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer in Italy - that could have been made clearer at point or ordering. But it arrived safely and is clearly the genuine article.

I was very surprised to be able to order a spare for my food processor which is many years old. Good service from spares2repair.

I ordered an oven elemnt on a Monday, part arrived on Wednesday. Unfortunately i had ordered the wrong element. A return authorisation was given that day, new part ordered and delivered on the Friday. I have no hesitation in using Spares2Repair again or recommending them to others. An excellent service.

These folks were great. I had searched everywhere for an IR module for my Samsung TV. Found one on their website with the correct part number, well described. Despatch took a couple of days, but they kept me informed of the order status (including the name of the guy in the warehouse who packed it!), and it arrived (tracked delivery) within a week. fitted perfectly, and TV is now back to its former glory

Spares2Repair were very efficient when I wanted to cancel my order of a Neff fan cooker element and was refunded immediately. I went on to order a genuine Neff element, not a pattern element. It arrived promptly in a very strong cardboard box. Perfect. I fitted it and alls working fine. Having fitted the genuine article I am hoping it has a suitably longer lifetime than the pattern parts used previously from another supplier. Full marks to Spares2Repair
