Identifying the baseplate/charger was easily done on the S2R website and the part quickly despatched.

I needed to replace a snapped spring in my bean to cup coffee machine. Finding a site with the part wasn’t a problem but I was being met with messages of “not available for export to UK” and the like. So I was very happy to find Spares2Repair as they not only had the part I needed at a very good price, but could deliver it to me. I paid a little extra (still very reasonable) for priority delivery and two days from ordering received the spring! It was well packaged and I was kept up to date with my order via email from start to finish. My coffee machine is now up and running perfectly again and I am thrilled to bits with the brilliant service I received from Spares2Repair. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely use this company again if I need a replacement part. 5 stars all round!

When my washer door broke off I had the choice to call a repair or do it myself. The challenge with these machines is finding the parts and that what made spare2repair such a great experience. I'm not an expert but with the search I found the parts and had the machine running in no time, likely for a fraction of the cost.

It was not difficult to find the part I was after and it was delivered quickly

So, if you own an LG Soundbar and subwoofer (SPN8-W), you will be aware that after 1 year, an update to the firmware kills the subwoofer. It will not reconnect. After some googling, and no help from LG, I found the motherboard can be replaced, and will fix the problem. An email from customer services, confirmed the motherboard was the latest build, and so, after some hard consideration, as £70 is not cheap (as apposed to buying a new sound system), I went for it. Postage was quick, and on arrival, and no YouTube help video, I decided to swap the parts myself. Turns out, it was a 10min job with a screw driver. Subwoofer now reconnects with ease (to the annoyance of my Mrs). Very very happy to have my surround sound up and running again.

Ordered a TV part at start of week, website said in stock and supposed to be here tomorrow, no email to say been dispatched so tried to phone them and just says full on answer phone, emailed them and they said I will get email when they receive it and it is dispatched, FALSE ADVERTISING as item supposed to be here by tomorrow and no sign of update when I will get it
