I had a great experience with Emily from Nested as a buying agent. I was a first time buyer looking for a property in East London and came across Nested's buying agent services which are really one of a kind in the UK. (In the US, all buyers have a buyer's agent who sources viewings and negotiates for them). For a very small percentage of the purchase price, Emily helped me through the entire purchase process, from preparing reports on properties I viewed to assist me in making a good value offer, to guiding me through negotiations with sellers' agents and chasing my solicitor throughout the conveyancing work. Emily was incredibly kind and helpful - it was so useful to have someone knowledgeable to bounce ideas off of. I would highly recommend first time buyers use this service as the process can be very daunting and full of pitfalls if you don't have someone experienced leading you through it. A big shout out to Nicole Snape at Nested. We purchased a flat through Nested and Nicole was our progressor (point of contact throughout the whole process). We found her to be incredibly quick to respond, offering us updates at multiple points throughout the day. Our process took a long 6 months (through nobody’s fault really - just took a while to agree things with the Seller) but Nicole remained level headed and offered solutions to help move it along quicker. She definitely took on some of our stress and made the process so much easier. Thank you Nicole for everything - I don’t think we would have persevered through the process if it wasn’t for you. There were many ups and downs but it’s all paid off in the long run!

I sold my one-bedroom flat in SE London with Leah and Davina from Nested and honestly it was the best team I could have ever asked for. Leah was my selling agent who had promptly arranged a valuation and gave me lots of useful advice in selling 100% of my shared ownership flat. I was impressed by her professionalism and friendliness, and she didn't act like the other high street agencies I had met prior to her, which was a huge factor that solidified my decision to instruct Nested. She communicated with me regularly throughout the whole process from photoshoot to viewings. I remembered her being very proactive in calling prospective buyers to come view my flat too. The result was great - she managed to find me a buyer within 2/3 weeks and the offer was at the asking price, I was really pleased with it. Davina then took over as our conveyancing progessor and again I was incredibly impressed by her. She always kept us up-to-date with the buyer's activities and her work ethics is second to none. The whole process unfortunately took over four months but Davina had always been patient, supportive and friendly, her communications with the buyer's solicitor had significantly helped clarify issues an speed up the progress - I even found her to be more responsive and supportive than my own lawyer sometimes. Prior to selling my flat I had dealt with another estate agent progressor when buying my current house, I can honestly say Davina is way better and honest. All in all. I am genuinely happy that I had chosen Nested in selling my property. I was at first worried that them not having a "physical" presence on the high street might affect the viewing rate, but their performance has proven that this is not an issue to worry about. Their authenticity and friendliness are another plus - I was quite put off by the well-suited yet pretentious estate agents on the high street chains.

To say that buying and selling during the Covid pandemic was hard, would just trivialise. Lets say after 9 months of trying to sell our flat and buy our dream home Nested helped us achive our dream with 2 weeks to spare. Before our daughter was born. Nicole and Emily were simply amazing. As we all know buying a property is a extremely stressful experience especially when you are dealing with solicitors who don't understand the concept of time! Davina was the Sales Progressor during the move & I believe without her I wouldn't of been able to complete on time. I needed to move into my flat on the 1st of March as I was moving out of my rental property on the 2nd of March.
