She allocated team member Jamie S who was my point of contact for the selling process. He was incredibly knowledgable about the current market and future property forecast and got a good deal for my house sale quickly and smoothly. I also had a great experience with the post sales team. Becci M my appointed relationship manager, pushed my sale through brilliantly with my buyer even though their solicitor was very slow and unhelpful. She did a great job at chasing and keeping on top of everything and updating me daily. Nested's fee for the work and experience is very reasonable and I couldn't fault the process. Impressive communication and introductions and relatively straight forward documentation. My only criticism would be that I was passed between 4 people in the first week and on at least one occasion it was clear that a full handover had not happened. I appreciate that you have specialist roles but they should appear seamless to your clients. I would so far recommend you to others - in fact I already have informally!

We originally approached Nested as they offered the advance system alongside their Estate Agency, as we'd found a house we didn't want to lose - as it transpired, Nested found us our ultimate buyer alongside several others who made offers, in the midst of one of the most difficult periods the property market has faced. Fraser and his team supported us throughout, being proactive, responsive to the various challenges, problem solving and very honest with us when we needed it. Ultimately we didn't need to draw down the advance, which was testament to their property selling skills. As it's an online agent, we were initially nervous of Nested, but we'd previously been let down by traditional local Estate Agents, and quickly realised the merits of what they deliver and how they support their service. Accordingly, we'd thoroughly recommend Nested.

I was initially a little skeptical of Nested due to their lower fees, but they did one open day on my flat and got an offer straight away. The sale took 5 months to complete, but that was due to delays elsewhere - it would have been more like 3.5/4 months. Nested stayed in touch throughout the process and the solicitors that they recommended (PCS legal) were great as well. Elliott was my first point of contact. Highly professional and friendly. He introduced Brad as my Relationship Manager. I met Brad at my home. He was very personable, informed and gave me an intelligent perspective on the market and how Nested could help me secure my onward purchase, having lost my buyer a few weeks before. As my relationship manager he did an excellent job staying in touch at all hours, and advising me as needed. Brad put me in touch with St John who, with Elliott’s input too, gave me the confidence to structure my offer correctly, and stick to my offer price when an increase was requested. I also had contact with Alice, when Brad had a day’s holiday. I found the entire team to be engaging, enthusiastic, intelligent and helpful and I would highly recommend them on this basis. In the end my vendor pulled out, and I decided not to proceed with selling through Nested, but that was no fault of the lovely people I got to know there. If you need to be chain free to buy your perfect home, they are definitely your go-to agent.

I was shown a property several times by a Nested representative. She was extremely flexible to my early morning and weekend viewing requests. Further, when I had questions on certain aspects of the property, Nested engaged their in-house surveyor to produce a report on the issue. This was extremely useful.

Nested were smart, engaging and responsive from the off. They set out a more convincing and realistic pitch and trajectory than the ‘typical’ estate agents we spoke to. Their model is good, and a bit different and even when the economy and other factors began to bite (and we had to revise our expectations) we still felt supported and cared for. It was a more honest and resales it process. They weren’t pushy and their customer care was great - it was pretty much pain from from that side of things. We decided to take the loan option - the period after (securing a buyer and working through to completion) was smooth and pretty pain free! Would recommend!

The purchase of my property was more stressful than it needed to be. The handover in particular was a complete shambles where a set of keys to my house is missing; the sellers are blaming Nested and vice-versa. At the end of the day Nested get a fee for the sale and in my opinion it was not well earned. Their were no white appliances when I moved in despite saying I wanted to have these. The lack of control for the process is what made it such a bad experience. I can see the appeal from a sale point of view but for a purchase I would strongly avoid!

Overall I can highly, highly recommend Nested. After trying and failing to sell my London flat through a regular estate agent, I heard about Nested and went with them for attempt no.2 on the flat sale. Overall I was very impressed with everyone at Nested; the customer service was generally excellent and they were pro-active and switched on. I ended up using the cash advance, and Nested were good to their word and provided the cash in short order which enabled me to buy my new place. For that, Nested was an absolute god-send as viewings of my flat were very thin in on the ground (it took around 4-5 months to get a single offer) and I would definitely have missed out on my purchase had I been using a traditional estate agent model. So, I have Nested to thank for enabling my purchase, and for the (in my view very reasonable) premium you pay in fees when you use the cash advance, it's a remarkably good service The one and only caveat I would highlight to anyone using the cash advance is that you have to be prepared for the possibility that you will not get more than the c.90% Nested will give you. That's what happened with me - though I think this was largely due to the tricky London market, and a lack of interest in my flat. Of course, if your place gets plenty of viewings and interest, then you're probably going to be fine and get a nice windfall when your property sells. In my case, Nested did seem to be very motivated to get my place sold for the asking price. Again, highly recommended and thank you Nested for making our home purchase possible.

Stuart, Alex, Emily and Jamie did a great job of selling our flat in a tough property market. The communication was clear at all times and Stuart in particular put up with pestering daily phone calls from myself and was unflappable throughout. They also recommended both a great mortgage broker and conveyancing firm that helped greatly. Would happily sell through them again.

Nested offered a way for us to guarantee our onward purchase could happen in time. There is a premium to pay, but it isn't too much and it offers peace of mind for the purchaser. We had a good experience with Nested. The actual estate agency part needs a little work in that we didn't think they were as well set up on this side of things. However, they do get help from local estate agents if required. If it is straightforward sale, they are fine in this area. If it is a little difficult, they struggle a little. However, the admin up to the point where the estate agency takes over and once the sale is agreed is first class. Stuart, who was looking after our case, was so helpful, supportive and accommodating through some difficult times. We can't thank him enough in particular and hope that Nested go from strength to strength.
