Thanks to Nested and their amazing team we have successfully completed our flat sale without a hitch, and with exemplary, professional, yet friendly and approachable service throughout.  We had tried conventional agents without success but once we made the decision to go with Nested everything changed. The unique concept and guaranteed amount gave us a safety net and meant we didn’t have to worry about the flat not selling for months, or falling through, as we knew we would have that to fall back on if needed. My property was above the 1 million pound limit Nested currently have on their dealings, but Elliot still went out of his way to guide me and provide valuable market insight. They have an system by which they analyse the local market within half a mile of my property, and he very kindly provided me with various stats related to recent sales, price drops, time it took to sell, and the top 3 agents in my area, who technically at some point probably are competitors of Nested, yet they still went out of their way to help me. I am beyond impressed with the level of customer service I have been provided, and cannot express the disappointment I feel for not having been able to engage in business with Nested at this point in time. But I will absolutely 100% be using them in the future and definitely recommending them to all who come my way. As an entrepreneur myself, nothing is more valuable than excellent customer service, and the way Elliot went above and beyond the call of duty has left me more than impressed.

Nested is a brilliant new way to sell your home... After my chain fall through 3 times I was on the verge of giving up however I decided to swap Estate Agents and list with Nested. From the start the team have been friendly, attentive and helpful. Andy and Francis have been brilliant. Francis kept me fully updated and managed to arrange over 10 viewings in less than 2 weeks. An offer was made after 3 weeks. Francis worked hard to ensure the best possible price for my house and the initial offer was increased by £12,000. Nested were very professional and helpful throughout a tricky situation with the vendors. What can I say about this brilliant, industry altering property-tech company that hasn't already been said ?! I have bought and sold homes for 15 years now and I can honestly say I have never felt so genuinely cared about by an estate agent as I have done with Nested. From day one I felt valued and respected, when they came to value the property they were open, honest and frank about the market, managing our expectations whilst reassuring us that they could achieve what was a very competitive and fair sale price for us within the 90 day period or else we could draw down the Nested guarantee at that point. We had already been on the market for three months by this point with only a couple of low offers and could see that the north London market was stagnating and even falling. We were in some financial strife and the fear of having to make further price reductions or not being able to sell at all was real and pretty scary! Nested took all that fear and stress and worry away by guaranteeing us a fair price for our apartment - 96% of the estimated sale price minus fees at day 90. For us this was a wonderful safety net that allowed us to plan for the near future and look for our next home. We were however in the unusual position of having a buyer through another agency and had just agreed a higher offer which was now acceptable to us. I won't lie, at this point in this uncertain market we wanted to have our cake and eat it, and so we tentatively proprosed the idea of running with this offer whilst keeping the Nested guarantee should it fall through. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that Nested were fully on board with this proposal and would split the fees with the other agency so we would not lose out ourselves. It just proved to us how forward thinking, flexible and customer driven they are. I'm happy to say the deal came good and we sold just outside the 90 days but Nested had kept their promise and made the funds available for us to draw down at day 90. Nested have made buying for the first time a much less daunting process! My boyfriend and I saw a property we liked in December and decided to book a viewing straight away, we were met at the property by Alice who immediately put us at ease and after having been warned about estate agents and they’re usual tricks of trying to sell sell sell, I can honestly say hand on heart that from the moment we met Alice we could tell she was just simply genuine honest and straight with us! After having the offer accepted and starting the process of solictors etc Alice handed us over to Bonnie a Conveyencing Progressor at nested (but that didn’t mean that Alice wasn’t still at the end of the phone or an email whenever we needed her). The Nested team of Fraser and Alex who sold our house are just fantastic. I really cannot fault them. Thanks to Nested we are happily settled in our dream house. We had been trying to sell our property for around 7 months with various buyers along the way. After waiting 4 months for our vendors to find a property, the day after our chain finally completed, our buyer’s buyer pulled out. Myself and my wife were both devastated. The vendors of the house we were looking to buy put their house back on the market days later as we were no longer in a position to proceed. A Facebook advert grabbed my attention for Nested. A company that guarantees to buy your house, this seems great, but what is the catch. My wife says that this is too good to be true, but I thought let’s see what happens. Friends had been in touch with them in a difference area so I did a bit of background research on them and I submitted my details online. I received a call the following day from their client on boarding team. We discussed my situation and the urgent nature of this. A couple of days later I got a call from Andy at Nested (who would become our Relationship Manager) who provided the estimated valuation of our house. A couple of days later we had a confirmed market price. This price was exactly the same as our agreed previous sale price. We then signed with Nested and were immediately back in a procedable position and now with no chain underneath us. Our offer on the house above was then reaccepted and we felt so much relief. All this in the space of 7 days! The fees are more expensive than your standard agent (especially when you receive any offer above the guarantee price), however we certainly felt this was reasonable and worth it for the position it put us in without the stress about the chain underneath falling part. We have now finally sold our house to a buyer that Nested found. The guarantee was available right until the end of the sales process if required . Throughout the selling process, nothing was too much trouble for them. Nested did everything you would expect of a normal estate agent and more. Nested go out of their way to resolve issues as they present themselves. Andy was an amazing relationship manager and deserves a lot of praise for his dedication, regular updates and reassurances to us and abilities to get things done. It is a rare experience to come across a company like this when you feel they are truly there to help you. We received a brilliant service from Nested. Having experienced 9 months of problems and false starts with online and traditional agents we opted for the certainty provided by the Nested offer. All of the team members I dealt with (St John, Anup, Rebekah, Henry and Freddie) were prompt, communicative and helpful which made a massive difference when there were slight bumps in the road. We used the Nested 'draw down' function and moved in 2 months ahead of the property sale actually completing which meant we weren't delayed or risked losing out on a property we loved. The solicitors recommended (Angela Neale at Comptons) were also great and fully understood the processes and what was required. Given the uncertainty and disappointments we'd experienced before the whole Nested experience was a game changer for us, especially in such an uncertain market. I have no intention of moving house again any time soon but I would happily recommend to friends & family that they consider using Nested's services.
