Tracey dealt with my query of switching products. Promptly answered phone calls. Easily changed my previous order and reimbursed the difference straight away. Everything sorted in less than 24hours.

Not great. They took the money and all I have so far is a lot of automated emails. The delivery estimate is about three months, this is not made clear before the purchase. Very disappointed.

I found changing the lock to my shed very easy after looking on u tube they have been very thoughtful on how the build these sheds they are very hard to break into

Bought a 4 bike steel shed. They aren't the cheapest option, but it was worth it, well made and straightforward to assemble. Customers services were extremely helpful as well.

Bike storage arrived on time, received regular updates on delivery, excellent quality, put up in about 2 hours instructions clear and precise. Very pleased.

Rusted inside, hinge snapped, less than 4 years old and when enquired with Asgard was told it was our fault!! Our site was quarantined due to covid and we weren't allowed there so couldn't do any routine maintenance. Covid must have been my fault then according to Asgard! Was quoted £42 for a replacement hinges that costs £2 at B&Q. My advice , don't bother as the 10 year guarantee means nothing and the claims of weatherproof and rustproof mean even less. Excellent shed, bought one for my static caravan on the coast and I'm very impressed. Looks like it will last forever! I did have a minor issue with a scratch (which, to be honest, could have been me) but upon phoning the company they were brilliant and agreed to send me some paint out. Couldn't be happier with the product or the customer service I've received. If only more companies employed staff that actually cared about their customers we'd all be better off.

Order number Order 100480159 An update, Helen at Asgard have been brilliant about it all Asgard have given me some free shelves and hooks for the inconvenience, there customer service is brilliant, I assembled the shed and it was so easy to do so I highly recommend them and the product. I had to use my last 3 holiday days because my mother in law was on end of life care we have foster children on school holidays so I had to be off work, I took a day off unpaid ready for the scheduled delivery only to get a call at 7.21 am on the day to say the driver is delayed and can't deliver today, how can you get a delay this early in the day it's ridiculous, I explained I had taken an unpaid day off to receive and build the shed only to be told it would have to be delivered the next day in the morning meaning it will sit all day at the front of the house with a risk of theft because I will be at work so I have l lost a day's pay and due to my busy schedule fostering and working full time I won't now to be able to put it together for a good while, it's not like it's a cheap product and the delivery day is arranged well in advance I'm pretty angry right now about this.

Delivery of product was great, delivery driver was helpful and wheeled the shed parts to where i needed them and helped to unload them all.   Construction was straightforward enough when following the instructions provided. However this wasn't always smooth sailing as some parts were missing identification numbers, so some guess work was needed.  I did however find out that multiple parts were missing, a Top Font Back Channel 4009 and shoot bolts x2. Upon contacting Asgard they apologised and said they would send the parts ASAP and offered "some universal hooks as a goodwill gesture". To their credit they sent multiple parcels the next day, but I was sent one correct item, a bag of screws instead of the shoot bolts and no goodwill gesture universal hooks (I think perhaps they forgot). I contacted Asgard again about the missing shoot bolts x2 and again and they apologised and said they would send the correct item in the post, the shoot bolts x2 arrived the next day.  I would say that there is an issue in the delivery system they use. There is no itinerary with a delivery. So while there is an Assembly instruction that comes with the shed; which lists the items to build the shed, there are no other documents to state the other items that are a part of the package you have bought, e.g ramp x1, shelves x2, wooden subfloor x3 , hook rail x1, Shoot Bolts x2. It would be a little thing to add in an itenary list and avoid any confusion.  To sum up: The Shed itself looks great and feels sturdy.  Actual delivery was smooth. Lack of labeled parts made construction a bit harder than needed.  Customer service was prompt and polite but could do with tightening up, sending wrong items, saying goodwill items will be sent then not turning up.  Lack of itinerary documents is an obvious easy fix. Gave 3 stars because of the reasons listed above, I expected a better experience buying to be honest. But with some small tweaks could have easily been a 5 star review.

We knew from the get go that we wanted an Asgard shed after recommendations from family members for their security. When we placed the order there was a couple of months wait but that didn't bother us as we are currently renovating the house and garden, so focused on other jobs. When the time came for our delivery we received an email to advise of a date and also a call to confirm the date was fine. When the delivery man arrived, he was really helpful and took care with offloading the parts. He also advised on a couple of tips for putting the shed together. He didn't rush like some delivery people do and just took care taking some rubbish away too. We ordered a 7x7 shed with the shelves as well. I have one very happy partner and would definitely recommend this company to anyone else looking to get a secure shed. Overall the experience of placing an order was hassle free, straight forward and informative.

I was looking for a motorcycle storage shed and chose Asgard because of its features and accreditations. And opted for Asgard Installation Service because it was in-house installers. The metal shed is very constructive build to deter thieves. And happy that my motorcycle and scooter are in a protected bubble. I am really pleased with my purchase and strongly recommend Asgard…….

The shed leaves everything inside damp. Metal rusts, fabric rots. It’s not suitable for bikes as they claim. I wish I’d researched this properly before I bought it - there’s even an FAQ page on their website saying that it’s a known issue. And when you try to reach customer service they don’t reply. You’re really just buying metal sheets. By the time you’ve done a load of construction to try to fix the inherent problems with their product it would have been cheaper to get a local builder to make the whole thing in better material.

Had to wait 12 weeks for delivery. Upon delivery some units were scraped along the pavement. When assembling noticed small dents touched up with paint on doors. Many panels has paint missing. Screw holes not lining up on some panels which is down to manufacturing. Found out some parts missing so was sent out with some paint instead of being offered replacement panels. Doors will not close correctly even though they seem aligned. Used shims with no joy. Now left with a shed I cannot use as it’s also very flimsy. Complained about this and had broken promises about getting this sorted. Two weeks of email table tennis with no resolution at all. Have had to contact bank now because all I want is a good new replacement or complete refund to go elsewhere. Shame as thought sheds looked solid and well built. UPDATE- Fitters arrived on 14/11, even though a replacement shed and installation has now been booked. Have advised that bottoms of doors would need bending to correct door issues. Concrete base confirmed ok. Due to condition of shed and water coming in, I will update review when new one has been erected, hopefully being immaculate condition with no issues. Upset over how long this has taken and that I have had to store contents on what would go in shed elsewhere which is causing me Anxiety. Update on 22/11 - Shed has now been erected. While the shed goes together ok now, but flimsy on panels, there are noticeable scratches and paint missing. While I am happy to keep shed due to how long has all taken and had nowhere to put my items, A discount should be put in place to reflect on the damaged, scratched panels. This was erected under warranty. I notice on YouTube, the sheds that have been put together seem perfect.

Cabinet for Calor gas bottles just arrived - perfect fit and came on a pallet ready-assembled, which I wasn’t expecting! Really good quality construction, I’m sure will last many years. Long delivery time, but as these are made to order you can’t really fault that. Very, very pleased!

Bought a gladiator shed for just under a year ago looks great. Lock started to play up within the first few months however...thought it was me at first but getting worse. the lock / security was one of main reasons for buying it..very disappointed as notice on website only 12 months warranty for lock! Well i am just in that window from delivery date.....🤔

Fantastic customer service. Initial delivery accepted, the delivery guy was lovely, and dropped off the stuff. A month goes by with bad weather so I can't install, and I realise a part is missing. Call up customer service, answered by UK staff immediately, promise to send out replacement. Done quickly and easily. A few months down the line I have an issue with the lock, can't remove the key. Ring them up, they try to diagnose the issue, dropped pin, and say they will send a replacement lock first class. Shame there was an issue, but great that they fix so quick.
