Customer service is appalling. You pay £650, and then receive some vague idea of when delivery might happen. Finally, a date is provided, which doesn't work. You reject it, and another date is provided which also doesn't work. It takes another few weeks of trying to communicate, to finally receive a date you can manage. I was due to receive mine today, and had to rearrange work and childcare (at some cost) so as to be in for the four-hour delivery window. I received a call saying the van had "broken down" and may not make it today. It turns out (from the driver via text) this was just lies, and the driver had gone over his legal hours for the day, so I'm now expected to be in tomorrow. If I'm not, presumably I'll be waiting another few weeks. They seem to assume customers are infinitely flexible, just waiting for them to sort their act out.

Fantastic product at a great price. There was an issue with the order/delivery but it was dealt with effectively and promptly by Tracey in customer services. Overall the service exceeded expectations.

Excellent customer service. They kept me updated at every step of the process. The guys who came to build my shed were extremely friendly and had the shed built and bolted to the ground in no time at all.

Best bike storage ever.... I have owned my 4 bike storage Asgard shed for over 10 years and I could not be happier, (apart from I would love the 8ft new model). These sheds keep everything dry, rust free and secure and are brilliantly made by a fantastic friendly company. I cannot rate these sheds and asgard any higher. Once I can afford it I will definitely be getting the 8ft model. (I'm that impressed).

Superb product. Delivery guys were very professional and helpful despite the weather! Shed was easy to assemble (with a little help from my wife) and is very secure. Asgard were also very helpful in supplying a replacement tower bolt as one of the supplied bolts came apart. Purchase was made on recommendation from another family member who had already bought 2 sheds themselves! Very satisfied customer. Thank you.

We bought Asgard bike storage for the animal feed on our farm . Easy to build . Great value. Weather and rodent protection for the feed that have gone up and price. Happy Farmers. 👍

Delivery has been a shambles. We were given no option in the first place on date or time, I did try to change the date but was told it would result in a delay of 3wks (even when I had that conversation a month in advance!) We live in a dead-end road and I noted on the order that the road is narrow and can’t be turned in (we have had large lorries down the road so this isn’t normally a problem but I put it in case). On the day the delivery driver said he wasn’t able to get access as the road was too narrow- we did offer options like a perpendicular or parallel road with a very short walk but he said this wasn’t possible so the delivery failed. If the item is so heavy it should be sent with 2 delivery men. Trying to arrange a new date has been far from easy and after 4 days of back and forth I’m losing the will- for some reason there seems to be a refusal to pick up the phone (I have called customer services twice who said each time the delivery team would be in touch) so I’m getting sent emails with multiple people handing the decision off to the next person with long delays in response. There has been no attempt to ask for a delivery date that works for me I was just sent a replacement time that doesn’t work. The lead time in the first place has been extremely long and the lack of ownership of the fact that Asgard didn’t read the order notes and hasn’t attempted to make right for the fact that we had to make special arrangements to be in, has been a complete fail of their customer service.

Asgard Storage Solutions delivered our secure metal shed for our school's outdoor play equipment. The communication was first class, the date for delivery and installation was a date and time to suit. The interior was fitted with shelving and hooks and our young children love going in to collect different items. We are also confident that our equipment is safe, dry and stored correctly. An outstanding company that we would recommend to anyone wanting safe, versatile and reliable equipement.

Recently purchased 6x3 store for our static caravan , I highly recommend Asgard , I had great service from them , all very organised and the communication was great.The storage shed is of a very high quality build and looks good aswell. They delivered to our site in wales free of charge and on time. Very pleased with our purchase and would definitely use again .

Wrong parts sent on delivery 19 Months after purchase our lock broke only to find out it only has a 12 month warranty we have to break into it to get fixed at our own expense Not fit for purpose absolutely gutted Rude sarcastic customer service Told to take pictures of base to see if it's installed properly which they are implying it's not installed properly and that's the problem however either way they won't do anything about it as the locks not guaranteed so just trying to catch people out, when I tried to explain that my husband is a steal fixer so actually does concrete bases for a living I was made to feel like I was lying There's a reason a lock is only guaranteed for 12 months on a 10 year guaranteed unit Don't be fooled by the responses on EVERY review they seem to have an answer for everything at the end of the day it's a 12 month warranty for the main function of the shed !! The response they have put on here wasn't the original response that they gave me on the phone that they could do nothing as It wasn't under warranty then tried to shift the focus onto the base type and just to confirm the points that they sent me to remedy I had followed already !! It was always at 1 star which can be confirmed with trust pilot

Bought this shed a little over a year and it's been endless problems! During install pieces didn't fit together and it took many emails and weeks of trying repeatedly before a technician came tell me my shed must have been made 'at the end of a chain with a small error that built up causing all the holes to misalign...'. He force-ably created new holes....really worried if I ever move and have to take it apart and re build myself. What's more the lock started jamming periodically a couple months after use and is now completely unusable. Of course Asgard are claiming the lock needs to be replaced within the first 12 months despite misleading advertising of a 10 year warranty on the website (you need to click onto the page and read the small print re lock). It would be a good buy, but for the money I can't believe how many problems I've had with it!

The Sentry. Have very little room so opted for The Sentry, built myself ( needed one corner pushed down) it’s a spacious shed, more than I thought. Delivery was in the expected time frame, communication was excellent. Even sorted a problem last year about a shed that I thought was Asgard at a caravan park that was just a cheap imitation ( hope u remember)

Order no 267137. Delivery took some time but I was told about it at the outset. I built it myself. You definitely need a second person to help keep pieces upright etc. Easy to follow instructions if you like building your own and have common sense. End product looks exactly what it says on the tin and it looks quality. Long may it last.

so well made and easy to assemble . I feel vert confident with the secure locking system and it fits wonderfully in my garden and is not an eyesore at all. Brilliant delivery and i was kept up to date with the delivery schedule . Thank you for making my life easier .

23 Jan Update.... Rearranged some important meetings for an 8-9 AM delivery... never arrived. When i spoke to delivery team, when I asked what was going to happen to resolve this was told "Not my problem"... Still not delivered. Waited 13 weeks for delivery and it arrived with one piece damaged. Was given 24 hours notice of replacement delivery, which I had to cancel as I was away. Arranged another delivery, they cancelled at 8 in the morning (delivery window was 8 - 9). So I still have bikes in my Kitchen.

So very pleased with the quality of the shed and the simplicity in how it went together. It's a two-person job only when you get to bolting the lid on, and the fixing pack came with more than enough screws to do the job (unless I've missed half a dozen) Bought with Blue Light discount (Mrs works for NHS) which afforded us to get the base, locks, and shelf kit as well. The wooden floor tops the whole thing off, making it feel extra sturdy. Installation instructions are easy to follow and the leveling kit helped me resolve my door issues (which is what they're supposed to do, I guess). Couldn't fault the purchasing process - kept us informed through lead time and gave us an accurate delivery time (although they turned up an hour early when no one was home - luckily a neighbour was on hand) All in all, a great shed and a secure new home for my ever-growing stash of bikes.
