We ordered an Asgard steel storage unit for a job to house an air compressor. It took 2 of us 1hour to build and was solid as a rock so much better than these other flimsy cheap sheds well worth the money. Funny enough my neighbour was building a cheap flimsy metal shed and no word of a lie it took him and his dad 8 hours to build says it all you get what you pay for. Asgard all parts are labelled and the door has really good lock. Definitely be using again

Firstly, the delivery driver was absolutely fantastic. He helped me with every panel out of the van, even though he didn't have to. His knowledge was incredibly detailed, down to the small nuances of building this particular model. (E-Bike storage x4) The instructions were easy to follow. So much so that i managed to assemble it in the dark on my own. That's not recommended by the way, but I didn't want all the pieces staying outside against my wall in the strong winds we had that week. I hooked up the electrical socket no problem and once i had the shed on completely level ground, the locks lined up perfectly. I'm really pleased with the shed and i'm now looking to replace my old wooden garden shed with an Asgard version too.

Recently purchased a 4 bike storage unit. Although a longish wait for delivery, it was well worth the wait. Really good quality and well-built unit and easy to put together, with good written instructions (and videos on website) and the pre-drilled holes and self-tapping screws making life easy. The extra accessory bundle is well worth it. The shelves and hooks are great for storage and the locks feel solid and fit well. The unit is actually more spacious than it looks and I can get all 4 bikes in easily, and the opening roof gives lots of room for manoeuvring. Great customer service as well. Dealt promptly with an issue I had and spare parts sent out quickly. Made the whole experience very stress free. Really pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Bought a 5x7 metal shed in November and had to wait until February for delivery, which at first I thought was very long but it gave me time to sort a level base. Customer services were helpful with advice and true to there word the shed arrived on time. Really easy to build as long as theres another pair of hands, when complete it's solid. I chose The dark blue/grey which is a bit like a bunker and very dark inside, though the wooden floor I added does brightens it up and is much better than the metal base, I really recommend this. I've also seen some great artwork on them so I will look into brightening it up. Door and locks solid I'm really happy with it.

I ordered 3x storage units which arrived yesterday. Yes there is a wait on delivery but honestly we’ll worth it! The quality of them are fantastic. We are using them on our tennis courts in the middle of an open park and they are amazing! The delivery driver was fantastic too and put all the pieces together where I going to be building them without any trouble. Would 100% recommend!!

We have experienced fantastic customer service from Asgard. We ordered a bike shed to fit four bikes and put it together but then failed to get it to close properly. Nicola came back to us very quickly with advice - having failed again she sent round a fitting team that day who were able to very quickly adjust the shed and get it sorted. The best customer service we've experienced in a long time and a fantastic bike shed - thank you!

spent ages trawling through their products looking for a bike shed to house my standard factory produced specialised levo FSR and Levo SL MTBs. asgard bike sheds are too low at the front....even for their '29er' product. they're simply not moving with the times. what's worse, they are using an 0845 number in order to profit from customers. i called to find out what shed might work for me....then discovered i'd been charged 67p for the privilege. i then googled their reviews and it appears that the sheds are really easy to break in to with bolt-cutters. so i wrote in and cancelled....and at least they were nice about it. their local number (which i got from 'saynoto0870' is 01274 706219

Ordered their secure storage shed for 4 bikes. Waited nearly 4 months for delivery but then it took them 3 attempts before I had all the correct parts to complete assembly.

Dealing with Asgard from start to finish was first class. Professional, organised and product is of very high standard. Why go anywhere else?

Unbelievable customer service. I ordered two grey Plus Access Sheds for my bikes. Initially, I ordered too many locks, so they told me and saved me a few pounds. Then, I was on holiday for delivery - nothing was too much trouble to sort it out and bring the sheds around ot the back of the house. Then, when both had a slight paint issue, a pot of paint was ent out FoC. Prompt emails, courteous comments and a wonderful company - so good tocome across these days. This is a bit of a tale of two halves. Firstly the shed itself. Quality is great, heavy duty steel and looks well engineered. Assembly instruction are good and everything is supplied right down to the silicone sealant. I have yet to erect the shed as the weather is so bad for the weather to improve. The long lead times in delivery meant taking delivery in the depth of winter. The downside is the delivery, as I said its a great shed and quite heavy. I had anticipated a pallet delivery with the panels safely stacked with protection between the panels and shrink wrapped together. However it actually arrived in a panel van strapped to the sides with almost no protection. I can't flat the driver he was very helpful and gave me some tips on the erection. But of course in the course of been driven to us some movment had taken place and some of the protective coating had come off and i keep finding chips and bent metal on the panels. Having to unload each panel separately also meant they had to be stored somewhere to avoid damage. difficult to do in bad weather. I called on delivery to highlight the coating damage and was asked to send a picture which I have done but have yet to hear back. In all its such a shame. The shed itself deserves 5 stars but the delivery, damage and problems it creates, really spoils the experience, particularly after waiting over six months

Nicola's service was so good Asgard's products just get better and better. Delivery on the day was faultless.

I cannot fault the quality of these sheds. I now have 3 in various parts of my property with the oldest now 10 years old. The oldest is still working exactly as it should and I’ve had zero maintenance to do apart from the odd oiling of the hinges, not something that can be said for the usual timber alternatives. One of the others has been dismantled and rebuilt twice having been moved to other locations on the property and again, this is such a simple relatively quick task. Solidly built, secure and practically maintenance free. What more could you want.

Well 5 stars aren’t enough to review. When we ordered this metal shed we expected it to be amazing, but, I’m not sure I have enough adjectives to describe it. With the product and the customer service, we were blown away. Contact from customer service throughout was impeccable. From order from delivery, we were super impressed. I have already recommended to all our family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Asgard for a truly amazing, stylish, safe and practical storage piece. Huge value for money indeed!

Our school recently had a shed delivered and we are more than happy with the service from beginning to end . Very well informed by mail or message regarding delivery and always available to chat through the order process with us each time we called . Delivery guys were polite and fully showed us how to work the doors and locks. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wishing to receive great service and fantastic products . I ordered a shed last week from Asgard. They're obviously victims of their own success. You'll be waiting until mid February if you order one today, which is something of a bitter pill to swallow for a £700 shed! But that I can live with; shoddy customer service I can't. They overcharged me (took more from my card provider than the agreed amount) and my multiple emails pointing this out have gone unanswered. That's extremely poor service for something that costs £7 yet alone something that costs 100 times that. For me all this adds up to a company that's far more concerned about its bottom line than its customers. I'm sure their sheds are great, though EDIT: I managed to get hold of them on the phone in the end (live chat doesn't seem to work either). The first person I spoke to was rude and dismissive, and hung up on me when I pointed this out. I promptly called back and cancelled my order. Seems this is another company riding the COVID boom in cycling, but without no desire to deliver any level of service at all EDIT 2: I sent 4 emails, the first immediately after purchase and the last on Tuesday before, calling on Wed. Anyway you cut it, you had a lot more than 48 hours to respond. The person I spoke to was rude, hostile and dismissive. I wasn't. I suggest you check the call recordings and make up your own mind, rather than blindly believing what you've been told.

Bought the 29er bike shed to protect my mountain bikes. It took the thief less than 8 minutes with a pair of standard bolt cutters to get access without making a sound. Snipped through the VERY thin steel plate covering the pad lock in less than 1 minute, then proceeded to cut through the entire interlocking steel pieces the padlock goes through in 5 minutes, with the remaining 2 to casually empty the shed of £7500 worth of bikes. There wasn’t even a mark on the padlock! I contacted Asgard to make them aware of this rather HUGE design flaw, their reply? A bill to replace the already uselss parts to the tune of £250!? I tried to post a review on their website but that was blocked/taken down. If your pride and joys is worth more than the box then don’t bother as they are so simple to break into. If you already have one, suggest you start to reinforce the steel plates covering the pad locks. Edit: Asgard have contacted me in relation to this and have updated me that they have started to manufacture the vulnerable parts out of Stainless Steel with their latest design to help mitigate the risk. They have also offered me the newer parts free of charge and free fitting. Personally I feel this is above and beyond customer service as they aren't responsible for what happened. If you have the same version as I did, the recommendation to reinforce the padlock covers still stands and could save you a break in.

We recently purchased the bike storage x4 unit with shelving pack. From placing the order we were constantly updated to the point of taking receipt of the goods, I can honestly say that we received nothing less than back to back first class customer service. Care was taken in delivery of the items, and the items stored in an area which was specified when we ordered and protected against potential panel damage. I found the instructions for building the unit simple and easy to follow and with the help of my son, completion took less than two hours. One thing I will emphasise is that, only when you start to build the unit, you fully get to understand and appreciate the high quality of materials used and engineering tolerances which must be employed during manufacturing processes ,as every bolt and screw, fit exactly and aligned throughout the whole building of the unit..

The shed is superb quality. I had a couple of minor issues with missing parts but Helen went over and above and arranged for two fitters to visit and fit the missing parts so I would not be inconvenienced. They arrived on time as arranged and Helen has also offered to send out extra hooks free of charge as a bonus. It makes a pleasant change to deal with a company that takes care of their customers in this manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Asgard if you are considering buying a quality product.
