My Asgard bike store was delivered on time by a very helpful driver, he bought it to the back of the property as we are straight on to the road, it was easy to assemble, very straight forward with the instructions although it was a 2 person job because of the weight, I am extremely pleased with it and after keeping my bike in the house for the past 2 years I now feel confident that it is safe and secure in its very own giant safe, no one would be able to steal it because it is so secure

This shed is far and above what I bought it for. It is sturdy, strong and easy to access the bikes I keep in it. I have managed to get not only 5 bikes (3 adult, 2 child) but lots of my garden tools. Definitely worth the money..I should have bought the shelves at the same time

Just had my garden shed bike store installed yesterday .... fantastic. The quality of the shed is second to none it’s strong robust and an excellent locking safe system ....I wish I had bought my first shed from this company as it’s much more solid in structure. The guys who built it for me from the company were exceptional very helpful and professional they even changed the shelving around for me when asked. From initial customer service which was informative and helpful to completion of service you’d be crazy to go anywhere else.

Our second Asgard shed purchase, but only because we moved house! They are smart, with a choice of colours. And most importantly very secure. We had the Agard team build the new shed for us again, which is a service I would definitely recommend as good value for the money

We purchased the two-bike shed to fit in our tiny front garden. While we waited a few months for delivery we were not disappointed. The delivery guy was really helpful and friendly. Putting the shed together was relatively easy with two of us involved. The shed is really strong and secure. It holds our two 26inch e-bikes perfectly.

A long delivery time but definitely worth the wait! I ordered the Bike storage for 3 bikes and it’s just what I needed. Went together easily and took me and my boyfriend around 45 minutes to put together...even with a quick call to customer services when we encountered a problem. Delivery driver also professional and polite and carried the pieces of the shed where we needed them. All together an easy purchase and will be recommending Asgard to friends and family :)

Only for the fact that I had a few issues.. placed order find out wait 8/12 weeks.. ok made to order I get that.. arrived delivery driver awesome, great bloke, anyway putting up all going very well get to the doors and one side panel didn’t have threads for the door to fix to.. contacted asgard.. they was pretty good. Sent me out new panel got few days later... damaged and un finished. Metal corner had damage had to be straightened out. Parts not paint protected and best of all had to drill own fixing holes on bottom of panel. So had to rip the roof off unbonding it pain in the a** un bond side panel, re bond and fit.. sounds quite easy no it’s not it really difficult to get unbonded and when refitting new panel was so tight all protective paint come off.. not happy to say the least.. emailed asgard ..... no reply... ruined my motorcycle storage experience

Had a problem with the lock on our 4 year old bike shed. Not normally the start to a positive review. Spoke to Helen on the CS team and she gave us some tips to try and open the shed, which unfortunately didn't work. Called back and she was able to ask an install team (Jo and Paul) to swing by when they were next in the area (one day later). They were able to open the shed and replaced the sticky lock there and then. Very friendly, and Helen even followed up with an email to see how the team had got on. Super service! Thanks.

Long delivery time but when available it was delivered at the time stated. Construction was straightforward but there was an issue with some of the hinge fixing screws. Customer services were very helpful and new parts were ordered. Installation team came and resolved the issues quickly and efficiently. I have now a very good quality secure bike shed.

I ordered my bike shed towards the end of autumn last year and it arrived two weeks ago. I had paid for installation, and within five minutes they told me the base wasn't suitable as it wasn't perfectly level. I have patio laid down at the back of my garden which seemed level enough to put a shed on top but I can't stress enough that if it isn't 100% level, they won't build it for you. My advice is to spirit level the entire area in order to guarantee a build on the day. I had paid £240 (which was non-refundable) for them to tell me they wouldn't build it. They directed me to the customer service number who told me that they could come back after I'd leveled it for a further £160. They informed me they'd accidentally broken off the doorknob during delivery. At the time they said they'd "left me a replacement" and I didn't think much of it. When it came to building it (I decided not to pay them twice as it can be done a lot cheaper elsewhere), the replacement was left without any instructions how to attach it. You need a large telescopic wrench attachment to unscrew the nut (which I didn't have) and the entire lock system is affected, so that alone took about two hours to fix. They really should have fixed on the spot in hindsight. Finally, the roof joint strip tape which is used to create a waterproof seal on the roof joints and top shroud, was not delivered, which means the shed would leak. So now, after two calls to customer service (first time I called three times to be told the office was closed on an ordinary Monday), I'm waiting a week on this strip tape while the shed stands outside with a tarpaulin cover on it to stop water getting in. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the service, especially as it is advertised as top quality. There were broken and missing items, long waits and poor customer service. I can't comment on its actual purpose yet as I don't want to put bikes in a non - waterproof storage.

These bike sheds look incredible and up until a few days ago I had been raving about them to all and sundry. They look like huge, hulking steel secure storage units but sadly, they have an inherent design flaw which is easily compromised. It took a couple of teenage kids less than five minutes to chew through the two Asgard steel bolts using bolt cutters. Fortunately I heard the thieves just as they were finishing up and was able to frighten them off before they got to our bikes. But I feel terribly cheated out of £600 for supposedly "secure bike storage". When I spoke to Asgard customer services, the person literally just shrugged her shoulders and said while she was disappointed, there was little she could do other than offer to send me a spare parts price list so I could buy the replacement parts which the thieves had broken. Hmmmm. As the police said to me, sadly, it's pointless getting this bike shed fixed, because the particular design is inherently flawed allowing thieves to easily break in again. So my advice is please be careful buying Asgard, unless you want thieves to break in. In the meantime, I have some painted green sheet metal in our front garden to take the dump.....while in the back garden, our bikes get wet in the rain :/

Terrible stay away After waiting 10 weeks for my new shed (due to Covid) my shed finally arrived brilliant we thought later that day the driver call to say he had a mix up they then came back took our correct shed away and left us no with the wrong shed Because they said ours was needed for someone else I then rang them for two days no reply. I finally got hold of customer service who said they will look into it and ring me back again failed to even return my call. Terrible service Stay away (I still have the wrong shed)

During the first lockdown, I craved more space in the dining room, especially as it was being used as a home office and home school! We had four bikes, a skateboard, a scooter a tagalong (bike trailer), all taking over a huge amount of area. Thats it – I am building a bike garage. After hours of research I settled on two Asgard bike boxes with front opening doors. I ordered them in grey to match my beloved Moulton (a bike designed by Alex Moulton in the 1960’s) my pride and joy. Asgard had no stock, it seams everybody was doing the same : ( However the kind woman on the phone offered my money back, but I decided to wait. Glad I did, they arrived a couple of months later, on the back of an Asgard truck driven by a friendly chap. Each panel was clearly labeled and unloaded in order to help with the assembly. I was late in laying my concrete foundation, so had to store the stack of panels inside for a week. Once the concrete set, I was away! I built both in one go, single handed. They are strong, accurate, and a pleasure to assemble. The best bit was placing each bike in its new home, closing the door, turning the handle and turning the key, a very satisfying experience! I have positioned them side by side, with the doors facing outwards to the pavement, makes removing and adding bikes a breeze + it makes a smart garden wall. I live in Hackney East London and am super happy that the bikes are protected from the weather and secure. Thanks Asgard for a great product!

I now have two sheds from Asgard, one I built myself and the other by the Asgard installation team (built much quicker than me!). Lead time can be long however worth the wait in my opinion having looked at others in the market as nothing compares quality wise. Some are even copying the original Asgard products so please don't get confused! Great sheds that'll last for years :-)

We needed somewhere to store 4 bikes and, after researching the available options, decided to buy a 4 bike storage unit from Asgard. The price was a bit higher than we wanted but the quality was promising and it was from Thors homeworld, so the kids, and I, were happy. The delivery was long but they made me aware of this when ordering. The delivery was good, although the promise of regular updates from the driver never materialised. I received one email 15 minutes before delivery at the very end of the allocated delivery slot. The driver was helpful tho and put the parts down the side of the house for me. The next day I put the bike shed together and it was very straightforward. A couple of adjustments to get the unit level and it's working well. The only slight issue is one of the door hinge screws is stuck halfway in as the hole was misaligned and I now can't remove the screw! Apart from that I'm very happy. Time will tell how it performs and lasts but so far so good.

Our shed took a bit of time to put together properly but has been amazing, robust, secure and does the job! When we needed to follow up on an incorrect bracket they were super quick to respond and sorted out a replacement - perfect customer service.

Brought an asgard bike shed last year and wish I had not bothered. The vents are not blocked but interior roof is soaked with condensation, so much so that items are going mouldy. My new bike seat now has mould spots, really would not bother, not at all happy for the price paid. It's ok in the summer but no good in the cold. Asgard ...the instructions were followed, the bungs are in the correct way round, it's on a thick concrete base, and plenty of ventilation and no water has been spilt inside it.

Just to say what a great service Asgard provided – My garden shed delivery was a little late, but given the recent snowfall it was no surprise to get that phone call. The delivery driver was very helpful and took the panels around to the back of my house ready to be assembled in the coming week. Once it has been bult I will send pictures of my new shed/ wheelie bin store.

Great service great bike shed easy to assemble two of us built it in about four hours only had it for about six months really sturdy, it is a really good idea to have a good base for it to stand on nice and flat this makes it so easy to get everything level i now have two sheds from Asgard they may be a little on the pricey side but you pay for what you get ten years worry free warranty.
