United Kingdom | 05 January 2021Ordered a quad gas bottle storage box on 25/8/2020. Payment in full was taken on 25/8, £648! I received very little communication other than an order confirmation. The cabinet was finally delivered on 18/12/2020, seems ok, not installed yet. Just can’t believe lengthy delivery times and fact that they take payment on order. They told me early December that product hadn’t yet gone into production, so why take payment 4 months in advance? If I’d wanted to fund their business I’d have bought shares...

United Kingdom | 23 December 2020Bought an Asgard E plus bike storage, plus accessories. Good quality product, It was delivered in 3 months, they did say 6 months, but the timescales and reason for them weren't given before order (lose a star for that). Only part of the order was delivered and on top of that one of the parts was wrong, so I could not complete the build. I e-mailed them, and they replied within three days and are manufacturing a part especially to replace it. Thought with Xmas and New Year in the way it will be a little longer before it is delivered. Patience is needed, but they do get there, but given the whole Covid situation it has been an ok experience.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2020Well worth every penny. My brother and a friend had this built very quickly, simple instructions and it looks very smart. Design team..... well done, and having the gas strut lid makes it so easy to use. Clever hidden locks that are not open to the weather or easily visible, some people were surprised as had not realised it was locked. A fine addition to my very boring front of house and had many comments, all good ones as well.

United Kingdom | 20 December 2020I have now owned the Asgard 29er bike box for a few months and still amazed at its quality and security. I built it mainly on my own and only needed help lifting on the top. Take your time to make sure base is perfectly level by using the spacers provided, to ensure smooth opening and closing. Love it and nothing else beats it.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2020A really excellent and very high quality garage. Enough room for three motorcycles and extremely strong and robust. My 16 yr old son built the garage in one day with the minimum of tools. Just make sure you have a really good base for it. I had a local builder lay an 18" reinforced concrete base and I have been able to bolt the garage to the floor with the floor bolts supplied. If you are a motor cyclist I would thoroughly recommend Asgard's products.

United Kingdom | 18 December 2020This is a second update. There were delivery issues and I was told customer support would phone back but never did. After complaining that water was leaking into the cycle store I was advised to plug the bolt down holes in the base. Unfortunately the store still leaks with those holes plugged. Not really happy especially considering the cost.

United Kingdom | 26 November 2020For such an expensive product, the customer service is really bad. I appreciate there are going to be waiting times for sheds, but to take full payment straight away rather than a deposit as a gesture of good will, and not reply to emails, or even acknowledge receipt from customers is not acceptable. (Emails were received as I had a reply to 1 initial email). I see from the reviews that most bad ones are due to the customer service side of things. I would expect better treatment at these prices. Doesn't fill you with confidence. In response to the reply below: Hi Helen, to clarify, I did not receive a response to my last email, I did the first 2. And the previous ones were v short 1 sentence replies. We may differ on what we expect from Customer Service but when spending £1250 on a product that is going to be 4 months in arriving, I would have thought a deposit or some arrangement could have at least been discussed. Yes, I did get the delays mixed up with another product, which I immediately advised, however I feel my point is still valid. It’s a lot of money. Personally I would have followed up with a phone call, not a curt email.

United Kingdom | 18 November 2020Thank you Asgaad for my shed. After waiting for 6 weeks my shed finally arrived in the middle of lockdown. Delivered by 2 very helpful drivers who carried the shed to our back garden. The shed went together easily enough once we reread the instructions in about 2 hours. It took three of us to build it . The roof was very heavy and took two to hold in place and one to screw it down. The shed seems to be very strong and once locked feels very secure> The drivers advised us we can buy extra keys from Asgard if we lose one ours. Good shed and good service.

United Kingdom | 18 November 2020Best Bike Shed ever! Hello – I thought I would quickly leave a thank you note for the Asguard team. We had a great experience throughout the entire ordering process ,from the quick online order through to the delivery. The delivery was 7 weeks from the day I placed my order so I nearly cancelled that did seem an awfully long time to wait. But when I looked around other sheds this was actually the qucikest I could get one. The shed seems to be very well made from metal andpainted in a really nice grey colour. The shed blends in really well to our modern house with grey windows. The locks seem to be really strong and look tough to me. Building the shed was straight forward and took us about 2 hours to build. I would reccoemned Asgard sheds and thank you for your advice.

United Kingdom | 19 September 2020Good product but I must say the post sales care when we had an issue with the lock left room for improvement. Initially we thought a date for repair had been booked in but no-one turned up and on ringing customer services disappointed that no-one had arrived it seems there had been an admin error. Subsequent promises of call backs on several occasions did not materialise but the issue was thankfully finally resolved several weeks later. The issue seems to be communication between customer care and the fitters.

United Kingdom | 14 August 2020Update: They got in touch with me after they saw this review and have apologised, offered to send another panel within a week or send me some shelves and hooks. I took the shelves and hooks. I believe them to be sincere given their quick response and subsequent actions. This is very good customer service. (They have not chased me to update this review either!). Reviews on their site are hand picked. Waited a long time for delivery (as stated and expected due to COVID). However, got the wrong panel for the back so had to redrill holes, not wanting to wait so long for a new part. Other holes on panels unaffected by the incorrect part selection, also required redrilling. I told them about these problems, left a review and heard nothing back. Theoretically a good product but poorly manufactured and customer service is poor. Look for an alternative.

United Kingdom | 11 August 2020We ordered our unit on the 15th May and had confirmation on the 19th. She finally had an email at the end of June stating delivery would be the 23rd July. We then received a phone call to say that not all the panels had made it on to the lorry and that delivery would now be the 31st July. On the 29th July I received a phone call to say that as our lane was narrow it would not be possible to deliver in an Asgard lorry and that the unit as being sent to a fitter who would then deliver to us. On the 31st July the unit did not turn up and so I called as to why to be told that I had received no such call and that the unit was being despatched to Harlow and I would receive a call on or about the 5th August to arrange delivery. So I assume that the panels that did make it on to the lorry had been returned to Asgard. I emailed customer services on the 3rd August but I have not received a reply or the unit. Today (11th August) I called Tracey who told me that the unit was still at Asgard and was being sent to Harlow on the 24th August, what happened to the 5th and why was I not informed. Apparently she is going to look into this and call me back. I am now worried as to the condition of this unit after reading previous reviews and not sure that I want to go ahead with delivery from a company that has no regard or consideration to its customers. I dread there being damage and I have to go through getting replacements. What I cannot work out is why when it should have been delivered on the 23rd July it is still at Asgard. They have had my money since the 15th May and this is just not acceptable.

Store went together perfectly with no hassle except one screw on door hinge, which stuck halfway in and wouldn’t move. They promptly sent out a very helpful engineer who sorted the problem quickly. Very impressed with the company as a whole.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2020I received my asgard bike suitable for 3 bikes yesterday after waiting for 2 months. When putting the base down we noticed my 16 year old daughter's bike won't fit in length if straight. My husband's bike just. I read the dimensions before buying, but hadn't realized it possibly more for sports bikes rather than city bike dimensions. When I rung Asgard to change over for a larger shed I was informed they will deduct 30% of the value for returning a not used shed even so I want to buy a new one. I think the hype over Asgard bike sheds is unjustified and I never had such an expensive return for a bike shed that doesn't fit bikes.

The product is very well made and very fit for purpose, I wish I bought one years ago. Other companies should treat their customers and communicate in the same way Asgard does. Thank you Asgard.

United Kingdom | 08 July 2020No shed yet - this star is based on the interactions to date; first I had to wait 4 days from payment for a confirmation email, and now I learn the ‘slight delay’ mentioned on the site due to Covid 19 is in fact a 12-14 WEEK wait! This was in no way communicated to me at purchase. We all appreciate the NHS support but communications here are frankly pathetic, and Asgardss is still aggressively marketing the sheds despite not being able to produce them. I’m now looking for alternatives.
