absolutely brilliant product! this should have been 5 stars, but poor communications over delayed delivery has cost them one. probably just a Covid-19 anomaly.

After a lot of deliberation, research and checking out the competition, I finally bought my two-bike shed from Asgard at the end of last year. Excellent customer service from the whole team before, during and after purchase. Had a bit of a stiff handle issue, but it was replaced with no fuss, within a couple of days of me reporting it. Delivery was well managed too. Worth the investment, to know my bike, which is my main mode of transport, is secure.

Just have a suggestion that it would be a good idea if there is a mechanism to stop door from closing dangerously by wind force. Shed is really good and seems very secure

I decided on a Asgard shed after reading the excellent reviews and speaking to a friend of mine who has one and he highly recommended me getting one. All I can say they are an excellent product, well built and quite straight forward to assemble. Would highly recommend one.

Excellent service and high quality product. I bought the Motorcycle shed and chose the self assembly option. The Materials were delivered early morning and the Delivery operative was so helpful, he gave advice on the construction and we arranged the various sections in an order that would help when I put it together. I built it over 2 days {at my own pace} without any difficulty at all. Very satisfied with my Purchase.

Living in the countryside, we were looking for a suitable store for our crops of apples and other fruit and veg that would be proof against thieves with sharp teeth - rats and mice! After a couple of wooden stores proved easy for them to enter we thought we'd try steel and looked around. The Asgard 7x4 Access Metal Garden shed fitted the bill so we ordered one. It arrived sooner than expected and proved very straightforward to assemble - everything was provided, there are clear instructions and all parts fitted perfectly! The hinged lid is well-balanced on gas-struts and the double-doors make access easy. It feels very secure and last season's apples remained intact throughout the winter. No rodents (or human burglars) gained entry.

Bought the asgard 3 bike shed after having my bike stolen twice it was an effortless process from start to finish the order process was easy and helpful delivery was punctual and the assembly was easier than I expected as I did it on my own in and hour and a half it's very secure and robust the thieving gits that stole my bike twice previously now have a challenge on their hands thankyou all at asgard for typically British customer service and quality product

I bought my first asgard bike shed 10 years ago then my second a gladiator about 2 years ago and they are awesome easy to assemble, look awesome (for a shed lol) solid, secure and last, hopefully in the future when I get room I will buy another gladiator to go along the existing one as you can never have enough storage lol 👍

Was broken into quickly and easily by using a crowbar wedged in the gap at the top of the doors which were forcefully bent outwards to obtain access to steal a £4000 motorcycle. Had to pay Asgard over £500 for new doors and have had to add £200 worth of telescopic bollards outside and £300 worth of ground anchors and chains inside. These sheds are not secure enough as delivered. I would advise all potential customers to take extra extra security measures or face a massive loss as I have done. Initially very happy with the quality of product and ease of assembly but has now cost me and extra £1000 plus loss of a motorcycle to have a security solution fit for purpose which leaves me sleeping soundly through the night.

Shed was delivered as promised, undamaged and was assembled no problems. Less than a year later the lock broke with the shed locked, no way to get to my gear or do a DIY fix. I asked Asgard for help and after a few days they offered to send someone to fix it the following week. This is a shame as all my stuff is inside and it's half term, can't use my bikes. I suggested a local locksmith that they agreed to pay for but only up to £50 which is a good £20-50 short of the going rate, but they wouldn't budge. In the end I was without access to my shed for nearly 10 days as I didn't want to be out of pocket or risk damaging it and then having to argue warranty with them. The 'head of customer services' doesn't reply to emails, which for a company with a 3.7 TrustPilot rating says quite a lot The fish rots from the head down, as they say.

, Update Thank you Helen that’s very kind of you, i did feel aggrieved as i thought that was part of the shed, and as i sated it only shows accessories it does not state that the shelves are an optional extra, while i understand you see it as that us the buying public assume its part of the shed , i have assembled the shed now which i found easy and straight forward, its certainly of good quality , once again many thanks for your gesture of good will ... Viewed the add on their site, shed was designed with Ebikes in mind showed shelves for chargers , price seem to reflect that and the quality, parts arrived but no shelves , Well that because the picture in add shows them but fails to make it clear they are an additional item an “accessory” not part of the construction , how exactly am I supposed to know that the :”accessory “ shelves in the shed from the add are items not included in the purchase, unless of course you click the accessory link on page and assume they are not additional to the featured photo, very expensive for a basic metal shed, and the add needs to be clear, i feel I’ve been mugged to be honest, i know its petty but its the small things that ruin the experience...

Requires 3 people to put up. A couple of bits were a bit tricky/needed re-adjusting Couldn't fit wheelchair ramp though Strong and sturdy, really good for keeping tools safe.

I have used my fishing tackle storage cabinet for 18 months and I can honestly say it has lived up to all my expectations. I am very confident all my equipment is safely stored, the locks work flawlessly with no sign of corrosion or wear. Generally the unit has no signs of corrosion or failure of parts. I can thoroughly recommend Asgard.

Solid excellent quality shed easily put together following the clear instruction sheet at a reasonable price. Has been in place on a windswept coastal site over a year and still looks and performs as new. Intend to buy a second next year.

Quality product that’s Strong and very secure storage at great value or money

i bought an asgard bike safe which has been outsidenow for over 2 years,solid as a rock -no condensation at all-no rust and the roof still opens on the shocks the same as when it was brand new. recommends 2 people to build but i did manage on my own but it took 1 and a half hours, instructions easy to follow. if you have a number of bikes like i do yo can`t get better than asgard, i have 4 full size xl bikes in mine plus tools and some spare tyres and wheels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Needless to say it saved my bikes from being stolen. Recently moved house and decided to bring my Asgard bike shed with me and my wife thought I was silly housing it inside the garage with my bikes inside. A recent spate of garage robberies and our garage was emptied apart from my bikes. Does what it says..

Extremely good product, good enough to 'take for granted'... When a product is so useful and built with a quality that represents total reliability, it just becomes part of your life and you tend to forget about it; you tend to take it for granted. But now and again, you get asked : "where did you get that?", and then you get reminded of how inherently good a product can be because it has never given you any trouble, despite being used every day. It is there, serving its purpose, quietly and securely. This is a product that I have had for best part of two years now, and I have every reason to believe it will continue to serve me well for years to come.

Bought an ASGARD MAX ALL-METAL BIKE STORE GREEN 2.1 X 1M. Brilliant piece of kit, well made and easy to put together. Honestly one of my best purchases!

The Asgard customer service is first class, matching the quality of the Asgard motorcycle garage that I bought and had constructed for me in March 2019. The garage, made of galvanised steel panels and doors is of a truly high quality and is very very secure. It does not have any exterior fixing screws or bolts that can be attacked to try and gain entry, they are only visible on the inside of the garage. The metal motorcycle garage is more secure than a a conventional residential house garage. I can not rate the garage or the customer service of Asgard highly enough.
