Brought it to replace an existing wooden shed that was leaking and rotten and wanted something that would be hard wearing and low maintenance. This shed fits the bill perfectly and have already recommended one to my in-laws. Helpful, friendly delivery guys put it around the back for us. Installing it only took a couple of hours, there were a few things we were unsure about when putting it together but the online video really helped! Would def recommend if you are looking for a strong, good looking shed.

United Kingdom | 24 September 2019Delivery: After purchasing the shed I was told that due to high demand it would be a 4 week wait, which was fine. On the delivery date, it wasn't until 2pm that I was told it was no longer coming due to stock issues, which is frustrating as they must of known this way in advance. I had booked the day off work as the window was 8am - 6pm. After being given a second date, that was put back to a third date the week after. Upon delivery, the driver refused to drive down the road even though there was plenty of room. It wasn't too much of a problem as we just pushed the heavy trolleys down the road, but it arrived slightly damaged and warped due to what looked like poor securing of the panels and bad handling of the product. In all fairness, it is worth noting I was offered a very very slight discount by the customer service team. Product: It seems well engineered and a great design. However, I'm guessing with the summer demand for the product, my particular shed seems to have a rushed finish to it, and is not the quality I would of expected for such a large amount of money. For example, the doors are certainly not level which makes them difficult to hang. I assembled this with a colleague who has been an engineer for 40 years, and wasn't too impressed with the finish. Your tools/bike etc. will most likely be safe in this, it has a very secure lock and thick panels - if someone wants to get in they will need some serious tools that will make some noise. Summary: I would only recommend this product if you have something of very high value. If not, a regular shed will do. I'm not 100% sold on the waterproofing and the metal does get very hot even out of direct sunlight on a hot day.

United Kingdom | 01 September 2019Absolutely appalling costumer service. Arranging delivery seems impossible. Not ok for an expensive product! we ordered a few weeks ago and the delivery date cancelled at short notice. When we tried to reorganise we were told they can only confirm a delivery WEEK (not a day) - Not sure how that system works for anyone with a job! Since then our 6 calls and emails have gone unanswered even when we offered a range of specific dates. Then yesterday we get a text saying they can’t get in touch with us(!!?!) and will delivery on a random date in September which we can’t do! AVOID

United Kingdom | 22 August 2019Terrible service, ordered and prepared to wait for this shed and then similar to other peoples reviews the email came and said there is a short delay and the shed would be dispatched a week later, less than 48 hours another email stating there is a short delay and dispatch would be another week longer than the already delayed date! After reading reviews on here I did not want to become another of Asgard's statistics of deliveries not arriving on the stated day or damaged on arrival. I emailed and phoned to cancel my order and instead of being concerned or offering a solution they just said ok all cancelled and your payment will be credited back to your original payment within 3 days?? Thank you for the prompt action to cancel and refund but a great lack in customer care and satisfaction. Such a pity because this is the shed I really wanted but feel I have had a lucky escape judging by what others are saying and have been through, I agree with other reviewers that we should support British companies but how can you when they don't appear to careless about your custom.

United Kingdom | 07 August 2019We already have an Asgard shed at our caravan it solid and was worth the money so we decided to purchase one for home. Delivery booked 25 July all confirmed on there link they text me. My husband arranged a days holiday to take the delivery after not receiving a text to confirm delivery time we started calling them no answer so emailed no reply. So we tried the webchat. They said they would find out. At 4.50pm they called to say the shed had been damage so could delivery it the next day. I correct her and said no we are waiting for delivery today. She said she get someone to call me. I heard nothing so chased again was offered delivery 6th August. No text no phone and no shed. I had asked for a full refund as we can't have anyone time off work until after the school holidays. Hopefully someone will answer my email.

United Kingdom | 17 July 2019Just received my Edale2 shed yesterday (16/07/2019). Delivery no problem and installation seemed simple. BUT: not enough screws arrived with the shed , they were not tapered self tappers which meant they were going to be more difficult to insert. This difficulty was compounded by the poor alignment and size of holes. In all ,it took two people 8 hours and as many blisters to complete the job. The structure itself is flimsy in construction and it may have a good lock but you could probably get in the side with a tin opener. Following the feedback it would appear that Asgards takes no responsibility for their product. They supplied the wrong screw pack and their instructions showed tapered screws. I had the base installed by a builder as per their specifications. I would suggest their customer service and quality staff try building these units and maybe they would understand customers complaints. Still awaiting a response to my original complaint. I would like to remove the 1star I gave them.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2019I moved into my house in 2010 and bought the Asgard 4 bike steel shed that summer. It's now 2019 so the shed is nearly 10 years old and it's going strong even though it's outside and exposed to the British weather! All the mechanisms still work fine and there is no sign of any rust at all. The powder coating is all still intact, no peeling or issues, just a very slight fading from the sun, that probably only I can notice. We store 4 bikes in it and use it almost daily with no issues. I was looking at it the other day thinking what a great buy it was, and that prompted me to leave a review like this, as I'm thankful I invested in such a solid piece of kit! Thanks Asgard!

United Kingdom | 23 May 20192 months for Asgard to sort out my bike storage shed! That included the 20 days delivery but screwfix failed to tell me i had to verify my delivery date on an email they send you! Was told Asgard would ring me but they never did! So 27 days later it arrived! It came damaged on a trolly with just blue tabs to protect it! 3 parts were damaged and paint chipped off! I signed for it damaged and the driver took pictures of the damage! This is where Asgard started to act like rogue traders! I had to chase them up about the damage and they said because i moved it from Hull to Bridlington i must of damaged it? Hang on Asgard it came damaged your driver took pictures of the damage so how can i do the same damage moving it in my van to my caravan! I think id take a bit more care moving it then you did! This is the they type of company you have to deal with trying to fob you off with any excuse they can instead of dealing with the matter! There was dark green paint under my cream paint? So the extra paint on the door hinges all chipped off when opening the doors! They had only painted over spare green parts cream? How this is trade rated i don't know because i am trade and don't rate this company or its service in my experience! I had to force them to come changed it but still after there guys rebuilt it from new paint was still off 3 of the hinges! They dropped off a touch up pot but no good without primer? I said to Asgard to stop my review to offer proper compensation but all i got for old parts painted cream was a shelf that takes up a full bike space and few hooks fixed to the back wall! To anyone that buys from these make sure you check your order on delivery and take pictures! I do think screwfix should had intervened fully with there power to get the matter sorted out quicker and properly as you sell these boxes for them and ultimately your responsibility not just left me to sort it out chasing them up all the time even after i contacted you explaining the problems i was having with Asgard? Asgard did come and rebuild a new one in the end so righty and gave me some hooks and a shelf like they was doing me a favor! I should not have had to go through all this in the first place! No monetary compensation though as paint is still off the hinges after there guys rebuilt it!

United Kingdom | 05 May 2019I'm really happy with my Asgard Annexe bike shed, it's really secure and gives me peace of mind that my expensive bikes are safe outside, certainly better than a wooden shed! Cannot fault Asgard, I'd recommend them to everyone.

United Kingdom | 26 April 2019Bought Asgard secure bike storage box in July 2017. Four months later, in November 2017 lock jammed, key wont turn; Asgard sent us a replacement lock. Eighteen months later, in April 2019 lock jammed AGAIN, key AGAIN wont turn in the lock; cannot open box. No response from Asgard to complaint until chased and then Asgard refuse to replace second faulty lock, completely unhelpful, not interested, robotic response - like talking to a deaf brick wall. Asgard’s advertising says “Storage for life” and Asgard “do more” for security BUT Asgard lock is clearly not fit for purpose, being the second faulty lock in under two years. Having after much effort and fiddling managed to open this steel bike storage box, Asgard’s so called “secure” box now must be left unlocked, open and accessible to the public if we, the owners, are to be able to access it at all. Tinny rubbish. DO NOT BUY.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2019Delivery timescales were as quoted and my queries were all answered well. Built my shed (Bike Storage x 6) the other day and very happy with it. It seems very solid and secure and good storage with the shelf and hooks. Regarding the build a lot of the screw holes didn't align very well. This obviously increased the build time. I also had difficulty fitting the last (front) piece of roof section as it wouldn't slot into the middle roof section at one side. The doors then didn't align with the left one lower. After an online search I found a video that explained it very well and succinctly. As such the supplied packers then came in very handy and a couple at the front left and one diagonally opposite at the rear sorted it. I think possibly a video on their website or details on the instruction leaflet about this would've been very helpful as it is actually a quick and relatively simple fix that could hold people up as I imagine a lot of people would have a similar issue with the doors. As I said at the though my first impressions are very good and I've managed to fit in a considerable amount and it still appears not too cluttered. They are expensive but it provides peace of mind as it looks like it will provide a high level of security .

The Asgard customer service team are very helpful and kept me up to date with the delivery date and sorted any questions I had on colour choices. The only slight pain is that they've stopped offering the service to erect the unit, which is reasonably heavy and comes flat packed. It's a shame as I'm sure it will put people off buying these units, especially if you don't fancy putting it up yourself or don't have a willing friend to help you (the x3 bike shed is a 2 person job for sure). But the actual shed itself is top notch and the team super helpful.

United Kingdom | 04 April 2019After just completing the assembly of our Asgard (well my husband & neighbour) I can honestly say it’s better than I thought it would be. Without seeing one in the flesh I only presumed it would be quite ‘tinny’ with it being metal. How wrong was I! The thick panels are robust and strong. I would have given 5 stars but there was a small part missing but it arrived the next morning as promised after a quick phone call to customer services. Thank you Asgard for such a good quality shed I will be ordering another one soon for my caravan too! Edit Delete Share

United Kingdom | 27 March 2019Good afternoon Asgard – As promised here is my review, though I must say that review sites are not something I normally use. The overall experience was acceptable – I took many months to decide which product most suited our needs, I did a lot of online research and visited numerous Garden Centres. It is worth noting that Asgard products are not available in any garden centre. After comparing many different brands Asgard seem to be the only company that is Secured By Design Registered (I verified this on the Secured By Design Website) Though the service reviews are mixed on Trustpilot and Google with many customers unimpressed with delivery times, I was personally happy with the overall service. 3 ½ weeks delivery time was a surprise as a DIY stores are click and collect on most items. The shed came on a large truck which was annoying on such a small street as ours. The delivery driver had to carry the shed some distance to my house due to limited access. He was, however, happy to do so. All the components to build the shed were there. The shed took approximately 2 hours to build for my sons. Overall the shed seems good quality – very strong, certainly very heavy. We now store 3 x bikes in our new shed and all of our garden tools including lawn mower and a power wash. Together there is several thousand pounds of equipment – hence security is an important factor to us. Overall I would rate the product and service as very good.

United Kingdom | 27 March 2019Just put up my 4 bike shed and it looks fantastic. Really well made. The delivery driver kept me in the loop and was brilliant. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitively buy another shed. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 starts is they only offer credit on certain items, even though I wanted to buy over £1,000's worth. So in the end only bought the one shed.
