Superb quality windows. Fast and efficient installation and fantastic customer service from installation to office staff.

We have used this Company on 2 occasions for replacement windows and doors and would highly recommend them. There was no hard sell by their representative and the price was very competitive. The windows are of excellent quality and were fitted by competent fitters who took every effort to ensure as little disruption was made and all the old windows were disposed of.

We might have paid a little extra for all our windows, porch and composite door to be replaced , but the quality is outstanding. We had triple glazed units and it makes such a difference to noise and warmth. We also liked the idea that our old units in our new build house were recycled (they were terrible quality). We had our orangery with a different (very well known) company and the quality is no where near as good as Sureseals. We in particular like the grooves and shapes of the beading which really stand out compared to other companies. The actual job took a little longer than expected as the supplier made some errors with measurements (it was during Covid and staff were covering) but the fitters were amazing. They said they had never known this to happen in all the years they worked there but we accepted that they were very difficult times to work in. They were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished to a very high standard. We have had them a few years now and have had no problems at all and if we ever needed further work done, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them. I would definitely recommend this company.

I used Sureseal because I wasn’t subjected to the normal repeated phone calls and heavy sales pressure! The salesman was helpful and polite ,I ended up ordering six windows and a new glass front door. A single fitter (Allan) came and completed the fitting he was excellent .Good job thankyou!p

1st class company, professional job from concept to completion. Friendly and no pressure sales, who listened to our requirements and then designed and advised the best way forward. 2nd visit was the surveyor for exact measurements, due to the complexity of the job, (ground floor to roof apex) a 3rd visit was needed for final measurements before fitting. Removing old windows and fitting of the new took a day longer than expected, but the job was done properly and completed 100% with absolutely no issues or punchlists items. Really professional team, friendly and courteous at all times and a pleasure to have them work here. We would highly recommend Sureseal windows for quality of product, professional fitting service, and excellent after sales service. They are NOT the cheapest, but they are certainly one of the best companies out there. (You get what you pay for).

Good communication , every thing done to very good standard and within timescale. The fitters were courteous, friendly and cheerful and kept us fully informed.

Customer service is excellent. Phone calls are dealt with quickly and with very friendly staff. Everyone is out to help you - doesn't happen that often these days! Phone calls are queries are acted upon quickly and you are kept up to date with information . Window fittings are given clear appointments and they stick to them. Products are very well built and installation guys are brilliant.

The work was done efficientlyand at a very reasonable price. The windows and doors are effective in keeping th house warm.

Great service from start to finish. The installation team (James and John) were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. We had an issue with a pane of glass, but the company were very quick in dealing with it and replacing the pane. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again for the back of the house in due course.
