The installers were prompt and courteous. They even discovered a major problem with our unusually shaped back window and without their intervention it could have caused the window and over hang roof to collapse. Excellent service. Would use again in future.

Excellent workmanship the guys that did fit the windows were good at their job and very friendly. Needed to ring them once and the customer service was really good.

Good workmanship arrived on time for the work to be carried out good aftercare and quality windows and doors I also had a dog flap fitted. I would use them again although I had the whole house fitted they only took 2 days

From start to finish it was a very positive experience. The gentleman that helped us choose our windows and doors was very helpful. There was no pressure to buy. The fitters was excellent. The widows and doors Sureseal fitted were excellent and the boys who fitted the windows were polite good at what they do and cleaned up after themselves all in all Sureseal is a excellent company.

It’s a year since we had new windows and doors and what a difference they have made to our home. Firstly they look fantastic giving a really modern look. Secondly they have completely stopped any draft and lastly we have a very noisy neighbour and now we cannot hear her and also silence inside when traffic goes past even tractors. Staff were lovely and helpful and clean when working. Definitely recommend them well worth the money.

I had windows and a back door fitted and I’m very happy with the work and the customer service from the first meeting to the end result. The aftercare was far superior to another company I used in the past. My back door had dropped a bit and they came out promptly to alter it which I can’t say for the other company. The guys did a brilliant job installing my patio doors and a new back door. They arrived when promised, did a lovely job and cleaned up after them. They had to remove bricks to open up the space and they got rid of all the debris leaving everything clean and tidy.

From the time they came to give a quote to the time they finished the installation of the windows very friendly and professional. The father and son team who came to install the windows very friendly and polite at all times and left leaving no mess after finishing. I would recommend sureseal windows to anyone.

I purchased 2 windows and a new composite front door. The windows were delivered and fitted within the timescales given, however when they unpacked the door it wasn’t the correct one and couldn’t be fitted. I was annoyed as I felt it should have been checked before being dispatched. I called the main office to get the issue resolved and ask for timescales. The person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly but advised it was an issue with the manufacturer who was at a different location. I was kept up to date with progress and after serval phone calls I was given a delivery date. When the door arrived and fitted I was relieved as it was almost Christmas. Even though there were issues with my order and it did get frustrating at times, everyone is spoke to was helpful and tried to resolve the issues as best they could.

Replaced 8 windows within 2 days, Very professional and tidy,, would highly recommend.
