This top appeared to be unfinished. The sleeves on this top have no binding. It appears that they were cut ✂️, but no seam was sewn to ensure that they don't unravel. I just think that it is a poorly made item. I have requested a return and a full refund of my money.

Received the dress on schedule. We are not sure about the fit, so we ordered one size larger and will return one. We are hopeful the bigger dress arrives soon.

I made 3 recent orders looking for the perfect dress for an event, and a bikini. These orders are my first - I'm a new customer. The website is amazing, they have such a wide range of stuff, you're spoilt for choice. I love that Revolve offer free shipping and returns; too many companies now are charging for this and it's costly and offputting especially when you're shopping for options. All of my deliveries were well packaged and promptly delivered. The returns process is the easiest I'm aware of, especially for a high-end reputable brand - just put an enclosed label on your parcel and return via the post office; no form-filling or logging in and messing around. My returns have been processed and refunds issued super quickly with no issues. The dress I kept was in the sale, discounted to a fantastic price. I have another event coming up and need another dress and want to try various options as I want it to be perfect. I'm really really impressed with Revolve so will be coming back to look for this dress. I'm also eyeing up a swimming costume. I'd recommend Revolve to others. Thanks very much :)

I ordered a pair of jeans from Revolve and when I received them, the inventory label on the bag had the right product, but the jeans themselves were a different style and wash. The customer service quickly resolved this, but then I got the new pair in the mail and all the merchandise tags had the correct size (25), but label inside the jeans was a size 23...of course the jeans are sold out now ((: I don't understand how a company like Revolve could be so careless with how they mark inventory. I have never experienced this out of all the times I have ordered places online, so I would be carful when ordering here.

Customer representative reached out in a timely fashion (24 hour response time). Explained the cause of site errors, acknowledged the inconvenience and offended resolution.

My first purchase with Revolve was a very stressful process that included roughly 6 back and forth emails with various members of their care team & the team even requesting me to call my bank for a failed security measure on their end. The kicker is they had already charged the full amount to my card. Most definitely don't want to deal with that again. However, they have the cutest clothes so I awarded an extra star.
