Ein Katastrophenunternehmen, ich kann jedem nur abraten, keiner spricht deutsch, aber buchstabieren selbst auf englisch ist den Mitarbeitern nicht möglich. Ich habe zwei Artikel gekauft, über KLARNA direkt bezahlt und nichts bekommen. Es existiert mich bei Revolve nicht, mein Kontoauszug, den ich versendet habe und der die Zahlung nachweist, spielt auch gar keine Rolle . Das allerschlimmste ist der Mitarbeiter MARC, der das alles auch noch recht lustig fand und so tat, als würde er noch nicht einmal englisch verstehen...am Telefon....nennt sich Service-Hotline Ich halte die Plattform für unseriös und kann jedem nur abraten. Ich halte Euch über den Verlauf auf dem Laufenden.

Had an amazing experience with their customer service. I was missing stuff from my order and they were very quick to help me fix it with a replacement.

BUYER BEWARE!! REVOLVE is a scam company. I received notification that the dress I purchased was shipped on 4/25/23 with Ontrac and the expected date of delivery was 5/10/23. Please explain why Ontrac reported, "Cannot deliver, contact sender". When I contacted REVOLVE, there was NO response. On 5/22/23, I submitted a claim with PayPal and now REVOLVE is telling me that they were not able to deliver the item or refund my money because I had filed a claim with PayPal!! Clearly their timeline is "REVOLVING". This company is a SCAM and I will never stop pursing a full refund and making sure every forum is aware of their shady business practices.

Eine heftige Enttäuschung! So hochwertige Kleider und die kamen in einer Plastiktüte an. Die Seide war keine Seide, da war ein Stück Stoff, total billig verarbeitet und das für 300 €!! Absolut KEINE Empfehlung. Qualität schlechter als das schlechteste! Außerdem nicht wie auf dem Foto! Ich rate jedem davon ab!

They sent out multiple emails for me to update my delivery details if I wanted to. The item was a preorder item so it took about 1.5 months to come. At that time I had already moved out because my old house was renovating. I changed the delivery address and schedule over the weekend and they even sent me details of my updated delivery. The following week, the item arrived at my old house, the old delivery address and I was so frustrated because I clearly updated the delivery to a pick up point already. I contacted revolve to ask them why my delivery was sent to the wrong address when I received a confirmation in the change of delivery details. Claire, from the CS team clearly couldn't be bothered to read my email and emailed me back the standard reply: Delivery of the package is expected Tuesday 06/06/2023 before 21:00. My apologies for any confusion caused here. If I can be of further help please do get back in touch! Have a great day! Take care! I did not even ask her for the delivery date because the ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED. I was clearly asking why wasn't it dropped off at the pick up location I changed to. It's just super frustrating when people reply with a stupid response not pertaining to your question. It just shows they can't really be bothered

DO NOT TRUST IT!! It’s SCAM!! They will call asking all your verification questions. Example have you lived in xyz county. Last four of your social and now I’m getting this text. Please Do NOT order from them. This was sent: Your REVOLVE order is on hold for verification. Before we can ship out your order, our risk management team requests you send us an image of the front and back of your credit card and a government issued ID. We have sent you an email regarding this request if you can please respond to that email with the requested information as soon as possible. If you are unable to provide the information requested above, please let us know so that we may look into other verification options. Team REVOLVE Thank you for your response. However, to ask someone to submit a photo of credit card and ID for a $100 order sounds like a scam to me. There should be other ways ti verify. But apparently there are not because it’s a SCAM!

I have ordered quite a few things from their website and super impressed with the service. Shipping was free and I can see it's coming from the US. They also include a Royal Mail returns label for free returns. The products were great, just a bit off with sizing so I've ordered the smaller sizes as I am confident I can try all the options and return what I don't want. Will definitely shop here again

Große Vorsicht! Ich habe drei verschiedene Sachen bei revolve bestellt, eine Bestellung wurde mit Paypal bezahlt, die andere via klarna. Fedex besagt dass die Pakete mit Unterschrift bei mir zugestellt wurden, was nicht der Fall ist. Ich war an dem Tag nicht zuhause und habe niemals eine Unterschrift getätigt oder etwas angenommen. Revolve antwortet mir jetzt zum gefühlt 18ten mal dass laut fedex die Pakete bei mir angekommen sind. Keinerlei Hilfe zu erwarten. Über 1000€ verloren!!

Ik heb een bestelling geplaatst en deze nooit ontvangen. Op de mails om de betaling te annuleren wordt niet gereageerd!

I can not fault at all the service received from REVOLVE I only returned an item on the Tuesday and received my refund within a few days without having to chase.

They markup prices compared to original retail prices and give you faulty items. I ordered the Birkenstock bostons and they gave me a faulty pair which I paid £160 compared to the normal £130 price. When the shoes arrived they had clearly been worn, had marks on them, tag wasn't on shoes, and the "button" feature had snapped off one pair. I complained to customer service and they did NOTHING to help. They said sorry we sold out, and have done nothing to offer a refund or discounted item. I have sent three emails/chats and they ignored all of them. Appalling service don't recommend

The cloths don't look like at all as on picture, especially regarding the color. I ordered light pink top, and got really pink, very intense pink top that I would never wear. On picture they look more detailed and well made, but when I got the shoe and the top I was really disappointed by the quality. Also from the price I was expecting much more.

Great experience all around. Super fast shipping and options for duties built in. Thier return process is super easy and they have customer reviews online. Even thier mobile website has more filters than thier desktop, would love to see them on the desktop version. The brands they carry are on the pricier side but you get what you pay for

I have been shopping at Revolve for years and they never fail to impress me with their customer service. Lightning fast service from California, free returns, duties & taxes included (I'm Canadian) and a super helpful customer service team. They've regularly price adjusted pieces for me that go on sale after I've bought them and they have a super generous return window as well. Not every item is the greatest of quality, but you get what you pay for; labels like Superdown are definitely more cheap and cheerful, but Revolve has a huge range of price points for that reason. Seriously one of my go-to online stores that I regularly recommend for chic, California fashion.

Ich kann den vorherigen zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen nur Recht geben. Sehr teuer und die Qualität ist furchtbar schlecht. Die Kleidung kommt in einem viel zu kleinen Fed Ex Karton an, rein gequetscht und total knubbelig. Ich habe 2 Mal bestellt und 2 mal zurück geschickt. Hoffentlich bekomme ich das Geld zurück. Die Lieferung von zwei Kleidern ging fix. Kundenservice (Chat) war super freundlich und hilfreich. Leider fand ich die Qualität der Kleider für den Preis nicht überzeugend, also gingen sie zurück. Hab aber nur von einer Marke bestellt. Retoure und Rückzahlung liefen problemlos.

Die Bestellung verlief einfach und unkompliziert. Die Bestelldauer war auch relativ kurz. Sehr positiv war die Rückabwicklung. Über Hermes kann die Ware kostenlos zurückgesendet werden. Die Erstattung war innerhalb weniger Tage auf meinem Paypal-Konto.
