Italy | 17 May 2024I have been a Revolve customer for some time now. They certainly have everything for all occasions, great customer service, fast shipping around the world. I am leaving a review for a particular brand, that is Camila Coelho Collection. I love Camila the influencer, and also love some of her beauty products. I did buy a few of her clothing collection because her design is modern, stylish, trendy, Instagram worthy. However the quality of the materials does not match the price point. The fabrics wear out or fall apart relatively quickly compared to their cost. The brand relies on the influencer marketing to justify the high price tag rather than offering genuinely high quality , long lasting products

It was the only birthday present my little girl asked for. By the time they realized their error, they no longer had the jacket. They did their best to rectify the situation, but she wanted a specific color set that they no longer had. So, I searched and found a cute one on Revolve. I ordered, we had it within 2 days as promised, and you even sent an email to make sure I received my order. Fantastic online shopping experience from a website I had never heard of. Will definitely be shopping again in the future.

I had a package lost in transit, reached out to the customer service team via text, and had a replacement package shipped and at my front door within 24 hours! I'll admit that often times the products I receive from Revolve are not what I expected (mostly not good enough quality for the price) and I frequently have to make returns, but their outstanding service is the reason why in spite of this, I'll always be a loyal Revolve customer!!

United States | 19 April 2024COMPANY STOLE ALMOST $2000.00 FROM ME!!!!!!!! They are refusing to refund it! Never buy from here. EVER!!! I will be sending this to any news outlets and tik tok influencers for help!!!! I ordered $3000.00 in product about 5 months ago from this online clothing retail company called revolve. The company sent the the packages but some items were not in the package. Almost $1000.00 worth!! The company told me they would not help me and to dispute it with my bank, which I did and the bank refunded me and sided with me against the company. I then returned the other items through a company they work with called ”happy returns” which is located in other locations like a petco. (weird I know.) I did this and have emailed proof the items were returned to that location and were now not in my possession. This was over 4 months ago. The company refuses to refund me saying the bank returned the money. ( which they did not, only for the items not received) The company says they won’t refund and go to the bank. I’ve been fighting this for 4 months and am extremely frustrated. THE BANK IS UNABLE TO REOPEN ANOTHER CASE SINCE I HAD TO DISPUTE THE NON SHIPPED ITEMS. THE COMPANY STILL HAS MY MONEY AND I HAVE A VOICEMAIL AND ENAILS SHOWING THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT TILL I PAY THEM BACK MONEY FOR THE ITEMS I NEVER GOT!!!!!!!
