Extremely disappointed! I made time to replace liner on a weekend when I was off, the liner arrived on Thursday and it was not even close to what I ordered. I emailed the same day and received the automated response that I will be contacted within 24hrs. By Monday I still had not heard back, so I called the 1-800 number. That was a complete disaster, I explained that someone needed to make this right because I’m only off every other weekend and I think the correct liner should be overnighted to me. The individual on the phone said that was not possible and the only thing they were willing to do is send me the correct liner that I ordered in 3-5 days and that they wouldn’t charge me for it if I returned the wrong one I was sent within 2 weeks. I have never had an issue with this company but this last transaction will be my last. I still have not received the liner I ordered!

Fast delivery, good price and worked like a charm

This season we tried to open a pool that came with our house that has been vacant for 2 years. Once we were able to clean the pool out and put water back in it, the pump didn’t work. My brother in law recommended your company and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered a new 19” filter 1HP pump and the delivery was fast, literally took 3 days. I couldn’t believe how fast everything was. The pump works great. Wish the instructions were more visual than reading but I managed. Wish I could upload pics of the transformation of the pool all because of your product. Thanks again.

Had the item at a good price and fast shipping

It was my first time ordering from this company and I must say it easy going thru their website and ordering. My items came a few days earlier than expected.

I found the solar cover I was looking for in their website. It was reasonably priced and it was delivered faster than I expected. I would definitely shop their website again if I need other pool supplies.

The instructions are very wrong and needs clarification. It had me add 300 pounds of sand the told me to mount the motor to the base. The motor mounts with nuts and bolts and it’s not possible to get under the base after the sand it added. I called the 1-800 number and was told to empty the 300 pounds of sand or dig under the base. Of course I’m not emptying 300 pounds and the base is on pavers so I couldn’t dig underneath it. They were no help. This has to be a regular complaint from anyone who follows the directions in order.

I ordered the pool test strips noticing it was free delivery to Bolingbrook so I live in Lemont and figured it would be free delivery to Lemont also I got the email stating the 32.99 price Later after you were closed I got the email showing the 45.00 price You should show the complete price before asking for the credit card I tried to call right after I got the second email but you were already closed I sent an email stating I wanted to cancel the order but got a reply the next day stating in was already shipped I called the store the next morning and an Angie told me to check back after 2:00 and they would put in a catalog number to get free shipping This was untrue because I called back and they told me no I would not be getting free shipping Again I stress you should have the complete price before asking for the credit card To say the least I was thoroughly disgusted with the way you do business

I ordered super shock and a turtle thermometer. Received two confirmations and two shipment emails. A few days later I received two packages; one with super shock and one with gel tablets! No turtle thermometer. I called and after some confusion on their part, they said they would send thermometer and don’t bother returning the gel tabs. Didn’t get the thermometer, but I did receive a pool pump and more super shock that I did not order. So I called again…after much more confusion, they said they are shipping my thermometer and sent me two labels to return the pump and super shock (I have to get the packages back to Fedex somehow). So, after getting the email with the labels, I expected to get an email confirmation about the thermometer…24 hours later I still have not received confirmation of the re-shipment. Does anyone at Doheny’s have any idea what is going on???

Got it all hooked up and its working great. The only things was the box was almost totally destroyed

My heater was delivered in a very timely manner. The packaging looks good and the delivery driver was very helpful and courteous. My installer has not yet unpacked it so I am hoping that when installed there will not be any issues. So far your service is 4 star but would be higher if it was installed and found to work properly.
