Got exactly what I ordered on time and for a great price.

I set up an account and that went fine then I ordered a unground pool pump then next day I ordered it again both times the next day I received a email saying the card wouldn’t go threw so I called customer service and had her order the pump next day something was wrong so I went on Amazon and ordered the pump and got it I have relation who use your company and now I’m pissed off enough that I probably will never use your company

I ordered item number 7022 right before Memorial weekend, it’s a Fabric Lounge Floater , received a couple days after Memorial weekend I am fine with deliver time , filled lounge chair with air and by next morning it was flat , tried to find leak but could not find , contacted you and had a replacement item shipped and I sent back the first item this morning, however the second item went flat as well in the same time frame, again trying to find leak with no luck , I am out over $85.00 , I would hesitate to purchase items from Doheny’s moving forward

Ordered 6 gallons of epoxy paint and received 4,3 days later the other 2 arrived .Our contractor obviously had to cancel the installation and we are now waiting for another date. Our pool is empty and waiting.

You better hope they get your order right or you will be VERY VERY sorry! The shipping was quick..... but -they sent the WRONG item. The customer service center is a complete joke. Someone who speaks broken English puts you on hold for no real reason, and each step of the way is sure to put you back on hold for 10 to 15 min. at a time, in hopes you will get fed up and disconnect the call. I was told they were sending me my CORRECT order IMMEDIATELY with a new conformation e mail, and they were sorry for their mistake. Also, they would send me a return label to my e mail so I could be sure to ship them back the incorrect product that they sent me. (Easy enough after being on the phone for 40min!!!!) I noticed the return label in my e mail right away -But no conformation e mail that the actual product I ordered was on its way. The next day I called back and went through another 40 min phone call so they could send me a confirmation e mail. Again they assured me my correct product was on its way. I received the confirmation e mail, but 2 days later still hadn't updated any shipping information. I called AGAIN for another 40 min. and was told that this time they would give me a NEW confirmation number and they would send my order right out. I said I'd rather just get my money back and order my product myself so I could receive it in a timely fashion, rather than depending on them to get my order to me. They said they couldn't cancel my order because it was already processed and my correct order would be on its way in 2 days. I have still NOT received ANY conformation e mail on said order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I spent 554.00 for a pool solar cover and rail. when I received it the main crank wheel and all the parts were used. I took pictures. didn't complain because it is for the outside and I needed it. but I bought new not used merchandise

I tried to order my pool cover online and it would not take it, so I called and ordered it on the phone. To my surprise I received two covers. I called to return one and they said I have to pay the postage which is almost the same cost as the cover. Now I am stuck with two covers. Not happy.
