There was a back order on the solar cover when I purchased but it was shipped ASAP within a couple of days before that back order date.

Really need to replace the bent pole AND skimmer net that is ripped...the new pole seems great, but I chose the "professional" grade skimmer net and the angles on the side do not give me a good skim close to the sides of my pool...so, I'd probably choose a more rectangular skimmer next time.

I am not happy with the outsourcing of your call center. I was 30 min. with them when trying to order the same pool liner I had ordered 3 years ago due to a language barrier. The wrong part arrived so I had to cancel my liner installer. When I called to get it worked out, I had the same problem. When I finally got her to understand what had happened, she told me that I had to send the wrong part back before they would send my liner. I told her "no" and requested a supervisor. She then said that they would "just tell me the same thing". I told her then I guess that I will be "told the same thing twice". I ended up with a Laura in the US who got everything straightened out and my liner overnighted. However, both told me that would email me a return address label so I can return the wrong part. I still have not received that so the box is sitting in my house. It is not even a part I can use. I refuse to have to call a third time to correct an error committed by Doheny's.

Ease of finding products needed on line & quick delivery

Ordering was quick and easy. Although we did not get our new motor the next day we did get it in the 3 days. It was exactly what we ordered and the price was cheaper than the local pool store.

Pool liner fit was perfect. Our last one from Doheny lasted 12 years. Liner was delivered within few days because of holiday but usually my orders are delivered the next day.

You had what I need for my pool so thank you again.

Ordered heat pump and it’s 10 days late. Customer service is useless and can’t tell me when it will ship and basically said you can just cancel. Company sucks but I’m so far in now I’m just going to wait “no idea how long” won’t ever do business again and highly recommend not for other people. In todays age; real time order info and logistics is a minimum expectation for commerce over $1000. Customer service is off shored for sure and has no idea what they’re doing 👎🏻👎🏻

Your greed - that's what went wrong. Last time in 2018 I bought the exact same 50lb of 3" tablet, it cost me $109.98. This year it was $244.36 - 2.22 times more. No inflation can justify such price gouging: in five years from 2013 to 2018 your price for this product came up from $99.40 to $109.98 - reasonable 10% increase in 5 years. This time is nothing but greed.

Got the right part easy ordering. Fast delivery…

Never received the item. Contacted customer service via email, took 4+ days to respond and when they did they said they saw I was taken care of via phone. I called customer service twice and was assured my item had been shipped both times, but neither time could they provide me with any tracking information. The last person said it would be no more than two business days and that has come and gone and still nothing. This is unacceptable. If they are having warehouse issues, why are they still advertising “next day delivery” all over their website. Total scam! Now my kids have been without their pool when I could have easily ordered from Amazon and gotten it by now. Very disappointing!! Who knows if I’ll ever get a refund.

The ad offered free shipping but I was charged shipping on an order way over the required amount…..So no I was not pleased.
