I had ordered the natural gas heater.or so I thought when the order conf came it said Propane I emediatly called to correct the order was told they could not fo anything toll monday the warehouse was closed on weekends Monday comes never got a call back I then called they told me item has shipped was told item was to be rerouted then they would send the natural gas well I come home heater is sitting at the road we got it to pool area its Propane called numerous times talked to managers Laura, anna veronica then Edna all assured me it would be taken care of, I have ordered the Propane to natural gas conversion kit, and feel I should be compensated the 200 dollars since I called back with in 1 hour of placing the order. pls respond back order #1001847473 as of tight now I'm very disappointed with Doheneys thank you

I placed an online order under the above referenced order number and on 6/1/2023 I received an email stating the item was on back order and that if I wanted to cancel, I needed to contact the company. I called and cancelled as I needed the part and had to go to my local pool store, which I paid more but after what I am being put through for a refund I feel I saved in the long run. On 6/1 when I cancelled, I was told the refund would be processed within 7 days back to my paypal account. I called on 6/2 and spoke with Larry and was told the refuned will be issued and I should receive that in the next 2 to 3 business days. I called today and now I'm told it will take another 1-2 business days. When I questioned why I am being told something different each time, the rep I spoke to informed me that was the policy and nothing else could be done after he checked his dashboard. I have personally been in charge of issuing refunds etc. for online orders and store purchases for an international company and never did it ever take this long. Refunds were always issued within 2 days back to the card charged or method of payment. I then asked why I was charged for an item on backorder and not wait until it was in or the exact time it would take to get a refund if needed. Of course he did not have that answer. I then after hearing his robotic answer a 2nd time, simply told him I will file a dispute with Paypal; let everyone on social media be aware of this and thank you for taking my money and not returning it to me and hung up. I am not sure why I have to go through all of this and especially have to reach out to you when this should be very simple to get resolved. Instead I am now spending time emailing you; having to dispute this with paypal and spend time letting others know what I have been through trying to get a refund for something that was not in stock but was charged. To be treated in this shoddy manner and the ineptness of your employees really surprises me.

First attempt at shipment got misplaced the attempt resolve the matter didn't happen at all had to call back multiple times finally on third attempt my pool filter shipped weeks latter costing me money bc I couldn't run my pool pump for weeks

Well I had purchased the wrong pool liner and had to cancel my order

We have been very happy with our chlorine purchase. I love how the tablets are individually packaged.

Sent the wrong size liner then got the run around after I sent it back which was a pain to begin with. Said the new(right) size line would be received in a couple of days, 5 days later no liner. After calling 6-7 times from disconnection,(hangups), they weren't showing anything had been shipped out. Not willing to refund my money. Now waiting for the 48 hrs delivery supposedly. Rude customer service and pretty a sad excuse for a company. Never buy from dohenys again. Don't deserve an upper case d!

Ordered the 16in Sand Filter. Got here on time but the instructions to install were terrible. Called the help line and they told me they didn't know how and could not find it in the manual. They told to call a local pool tech.
