Prices are reasonable, ordering online is easy, products are effective and delivery is quick. Overall, a great value.

First time shopping and a few things went wrong. Water test kit did not contain all of manufacturer’s reagents, instead of sending me the small reagent needed they are requesting a return without proactively providing me the return label. I also ended up with two 25 lb products that I would have never ordered. When I called the 800 number, the rep was not easily understandable, was not concerned with my issues and informed that I needed to email to get resolution . Response time on email was beyond 24 hours, and once received did not provide shipping label and did not give guidance on an RMA number. Still has not responded to my inquiry of reconciling my return to my order. Less than impressed with clear communication from customer service. My bad for not checking my order before checkout. Still not sure how product ended up in my cart as I knew specifically what I was needing to order.

Quality products and they shipped quickly

Apparently, somewhere along the line, I ordered two of the same item when I received them I called and I was told I had to send it back on my own. You cannot send me a return label which I thought was completely ridiculous as you should’ve seen that two things for ordered back to back. Don’t ask me how that happened because I do not now I called customer service and they were no help at all.

I will not order from here ever again. They said my account was fraud they still charged my checking account. When I called in to verify why the order was canceled after my account was charged no one wanted to make it right.

The gentleman on the phone was great. Very helpful. Pool cover is working better than any other I’ve had over the years. Not 5 star because I asked if there were any seams & I believe he said ‘No’. There are 2. Time will tell if it holds up.
