It seems to be good quality i received it less then a week

I order a part with you customer service team. The lady was hard to understand and I didn’t recie e correct item not very noligable with what you sell and then I had to return the item and pay to return it and the man that I spoke with I couldn’t undercut he address also so sorry but true

I order a correct pool Liner and they sent me the wrong one. Since I opened the box to install they would not replace with the correct Liner. I had to buy a new one and not from them. Good things: fast shipping and good price. After this review (within the same day) they called and made things right by offering a refund. Moved up from 2 stars to 4 stars.

The quality of the item (above ground pool ladder) was sub-standard and hardware was too short for assembly. I should have read the comments giving the item a score of 1.4 out of 5 before my purchase. I am currently trying to return the item.

Although marketing promised 3 day delivery, it's now almost 2 weeks and delivery instructions note that "label has been created" but the delivery date is pending. I'm disappointed that after also 2 weeks, I don't have a definite delivery date for the pool liner I ordered.

Remember the days of mail ordering 30 years ago? Six to 8 weeks delivery. Boy I don't miss that one bit. Dohenys says quick shipping, it was 3 days due to the weekend. I'll keep ordering. Their prices are better than my local pool store also. And our economy isn't keeping prices down, Dohenys seems to be trying. Thanks

First experience with your company. Item ordered was on back order, shipping June 3. Decided to patiently wait. Now it's June 7 and item on backorder again, shipping June 11. Very disappointed. It's a solar cover. We are basically bleeding money until it gets here.

This was a ready too go pump for my sand filter , it come with all attachments , as simple as switching my hoses and hose fittings and starting , the delivery was fast and it has amazing circulation! Thanks !

New Pool Pump We thought our pool pump was bad as we had no suction. Ordered a new pump from Doheny's and it came really fast. The problem was, that it was not the pump, it was a cracked fitting, and there was no suction. We called Doheny's and sent the new pump back with no problems. I felt bad we went thru all of this, but Doheny's customer service is top-notch. Also, everything I have ever ordered from them has been great.

Delivered quickly. Just what I ordered, and it works great.

My order was shipped wrong, an item I didn’t order, spent 1200 bucks and was lied to by customer service saying correct item is shipped and never was! My pool is now green and 200.00 of chemicals wasted. Week two still don’t have my order!false ad of next day delivery . I’m so upset I just want my system I ordered And move on. Worst customer service ever, oh And they will never put you on the phone it’s a manager I asked numerous times to, I’m not satisfied with the service provided and never expected such neglect. Let the days count on waiting for my delivery or wAs I lied to again!?!

Was sent the wrong product. And still waiting for what I ordered. Was supposed to be next day shipping it has been over a week waiting for a pool pump while my pool becomes a pond. Not sure if your product is any good but the customer service can be way way better.

Even though I had to cancel my order and return it, it was an easy process and the people on the phone were very kind and helpful.
