I would give them zero if I could. After 10 years of fighting their bad designs and products I will be replacing my pool and it definitely won’t be a new intex product. Their hoses are crap, their sand filters have major flaws, and all their products are designed for a short life so that you’re constantly buying replacement parts.

I do not recommend buying an intex pool. We bought and set up our pool only to have small pin holes in the liner. Customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. They wanted me to take the pool down and mail several parts before they would replace the liner. If i could give a lower star rating i would

If I could give this company less then one star, I would. We purchase an Intek spa last year, used it all summer and stored it in a climate controlled environment. Took it out this spring, and the heater/filter unit keeps give us an error code. We contacted Intek customer service and was the woman we spoke to couldn't have been more rude and abrasive. After much back and forth, we received an email saying that our warranty claim was denied, and that my product may not have come with a warranty at all!! I will never, ever do business with Intek again. And I will tell anyone that will listen what a horrible company they are, and how terrible their customer service is.

I have never delt with a company like this before. We did everything that we were told to do. 900.00 you now have and I got three months of use out of my pool. It’s a year old and we’ll taken care of. It was stored properly in the intex pool bag in a climent controlled room. Tried to put it up May 28th 2022 it’s dry rotted. The I have now called 11 times got one call back to saw it not intex problem. Are you kidding me. Thank you for taking my money for a pool that had to go to the trash!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER I GIVE YOU -FFFF MY POOL CAME WITH A LARGE HOLE IN THE LINER AND I GOT NO WHERE WHEN CALLING ASKED TO HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME BACK THATS A JOKE BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR WHEN I THOUGHT THEY WAS HELPING ME OUT BUT INSTEAD OF HELPING GOT HUNG UP ON. Horrible customer service they won’t stand by there product and they sell brand new pools with spring holes in it and they can care less about the water you wasted to fill it up. There solutions is let me send you a new liner that might have a hole in it as well. Who helps set it back up and who pays to have it filled again???? Oh they don’t care!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing,bought a 24ft above ground pool online from home depot, arrived in good time and all packaged nicely Fast forward to setup and running of the sand filter pump, 2 times in the space of a week the hose between the filter and the pump blew off!! First time I thought it was my mistake,I hadn't tightened it up enough,so I made sure (as per instructions) to make sure it was hand tight. Ran the pump and again it blew off,unfortunately the second time it did it in the middle of the night and then pumped around 2 feet or water out of the pool. So reconnected and refilled and set the pump running again, again it happened. Thought I would reach out to the technical/product support phone number, was greeted by customer service and they couldn't understand what I was trying to explain and what the issue could have been, they said there is no number for the tech support and I would have to email. Done this and was greeted with a prompt reply after 48 hours asking for a picture of the filter with the pipe off and they can send a replacement, when I questioned about what might be causing this, I had to wait another 48 hours for a reply stating they need a picture to send a replacement, of which part I have no idea as they can't seem to diagnose the issue. After many back and fourth with 48 hours between replies, they said I would need to call the tech support number (turns out this is the original number to call customer service, they have zero clue about their products) when I questioned this I just get a stock email stating were sorry you're having issues with our product please send a picture of the issue. By this time im getting more and more frustrated, now I can't trust the pump to stay plumbed correctly and now they are washing their hands with the situation rather than trying help, the pool and pump are less than 2 months old

I ordered a replacement liner for my pool using Intel's online site putting in the specifications to my pool. They sent the wrong liner. I didn't realize it until we went to set up the pool but the liner they sent will not fit with our pool frame. When calling to get a replacement they sited that my return window was over (by 3 days) and that they did not have any liners for my pool in stock. It was a mistake generated by their website and they would not help or refund my money. At this point I've spent countless money replacing parts such as pool pumps etc. over the years and have no functioning pool due to the poor flimsy design of these pools. Would not recommend.

2019 INTEX zwembad met toebehoren gekocht. Bij elkaar bijna 2.000 euro. Eerst gaat de warmtepomp stuk. 3 weken geen gebruik van zwembad kunnen maken. Jaar later de zandfilter pomp en defect. Weer weken geen zwemplezier. 2021 de diodes stuk. Nieuwe gekregen. Nu weer een jaar later de zoutwaterpomp defect. Antwoord? Case closed u valt buiten de garantie. Mensen KOOP NOOIT INTEX.

Kind of the same thing everyone else is saying....I have to pay return shipping for something they sent broke but the worse part is it took me forever to get a representative on the line and when I finally did, it was a terrible language barrier. I was on the phone for over an hour to start a refund claim. Needless to say by that time my patience was gone!!

All the reviews on INTEX being a bad company with horrible customer service is true. For me, their quality control is awful, they are requiring me to mail back to them a tub that will not hold air at my cost to get a replacement. This second tub I have received and the first one started ripping in the bubbles area and even then I had to cut up the tub pay for shipping of the cutup pieces back to INTEX, When asked if I cut up the sections and send back as before they said no, I had to send the whole tub back at my expense and refused to provide a prepaid shipping label. Also good luck getting someone in customer service number provided who can actually understand the english language and have a true conversation about the issues.

We love our pure spa, have had it for two years now. Filter motor broke and we needed a replacement. Ive now been researching and going back and forth with them for two weeks on what part I need. First they're telling me its not under warranty... Im aware. I just need clarification on the part number. Then when I give them both the model numbers on my pump as well as the old filter motor they can't tell me what replacement part to purchase!? They literally 'find' the product you need by the color of your spa and the year your bought it. Im blown away that a large company like this wouldn't have a more efficient numbered system to easily put in your model number and find replacement parts. Mind is blown. Upset were losing weeks of use because I can't figure out what part to purchase. ugh.

We purchased a 6-person spa in May of 2020. We’ve managed to get enough power to it for about 10 uses without it tripping. Initially we thought it was our electrical unit lacking power but turns out it was the power base on the spa. We didn’t even unpack it for this year, and Intex have used the one-year warranty as a get-out, despite the fact that the power base we had with our spa has since been discontinued (coincidence?). That means we would have to buy a power base and add-ons to make sure it fitted our unit. We ought to have addressed sooner but had hoped the company would recognize the limited use we had was worthy of at least meeting us half way. The power was tripping out from day one, BTW.

Bad company! bad warranty policy return, they don't trust their clients, The customer service doesn't know or doesn't analyze the problem and the solution. Their call center cannot transfer calls to a supervisor or a manager.

Bad company!The customer service doesn't help if you have a problem, they don't solve any problem and try to give a excuse all the time blaming the the customers. I had issue with the mattress and I tried to return it, they are not paying for the return and I had to do it twice because the Canada post tried to deliver it two times which is not my fault, the company didn't help and are not giving my mattress and I need to send the package back in order to get a new mattress that I paid for and the company doesn't help with that.

I would give then a star Do not buy anything from this company there product is junk and they turn there backs on you and are very rude to people.I bought a hot tub and less then one year heater failed of course they game me the run around and I had to pay 285.00 for a new heater that the know is there fault that it goes bad.On the internet u can Google it and thousands of people have the same problem. What us people need to do is put a lawsuit on this company and put them out of buisness. There ripping people off don't not buy anything from them.

Worst service I have ever seen! Paid for a replacement part of my clapped out hot tub. Never received it, never returned any emails phone lack of service was abysmal. Dont wait your money or time on this bad joke.
