Una auténtica desastre de servicio productos malos y servicio atención al cliente peor ...un producto devuelto antes de la recogida por tardar muchísimo hqce 14 dias y ko tengo ni dinero ni nada DHL igual de malos ...en su lugar compre un spa intex y este no funciona el clorador salino.ahira tengo dos temas abiertos lo peor que me han pasado nunca

Nada malo que objetar sobre intex buenos productos y calidad postventa. Totalmente recomendados. Seguire con ellos.

ARREPENTIDA de comprar en Intex. Impotencia de haber gastado tanto dinero en una piscina , que no ha llegado parte del pedido y que nadie conteste a la reclamación de lo que he pagado, no contesten a los mails , no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos .

Terrible company. Walmart, Target and Big 5 should not be partnering up with clowns. Intex will NOT honor their warranties. They are a SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Hice el pedido y resulta que el cobertor de la piscina llega roto. Llevo intentando ponerme en contacto con ellos desde hace 2 semanas por todos los medios disponibles y no hay manera.

Compré un spa' hinchable, y a los dos años, deja de funcionar el motor de aspiración. Me mandan un escrito en el que ponen que mi garantía es de 3 años, y no se hacen cargo de dicha garantía. Es surrealista. Llevo una semana de mails, y su actitud es la del desgaste. Para colmo, me dicen que la garantía me la tiene que dar el vendedor!!!!!!!! Creo que este servicio es muy deficiente en este aspecto, pero me indican que me pueden hacer un presupuesto de la avería. Muy hábiles. Por cierto el motor solo cuesta 49€, es una pena que por esta miseria una empresa quede fatal con sus clientes. No creo que este servicio postventa,pertenezca a Intex, y sea una subcontrata, ya que por las contestaciones recibidas, no son las de un fabricante que se preocupe por sus clientes, aún sabiendo que la garantía es de 3 años.

Nula atención al cliente

No existe atención al cliente, el chat no sirve de nada. Esta empresa es IMPRESENTABLE, no recomiendo comprar en ella. Para cobrar si son ágiles pero para entregar y dar explicaciones sobre una incidencia son NULOS totalmente. Parece mentira que se comporten de esta forma en éste tiempo, son comportamientos de empresas que solo engañan.

Nunca contestan con una solución y nunca llegan los pedidos no compren en intex es una estafa no tienen teléfono ni te atienden.!

Hoy hace ya 14 días que llevo intentando ponerme en contacto con ellos a través de todos los medios disponibles y no atiende mediante ninguno. Correos, llamadas, whatsapp, nada. Hice un pedido, por decisión propia lo devolví, pagué la etiqueta de envío y devolví el paquete a la dirección proporcionada siguiendo exactamente los pasos que me indicaron. No he obtenido ninguna actualización de mi paquete. La empresa de transporte me ha confirmado la entrega pero Intex no me la confirma, ni me realiza el reembolso, ni nada de nada. Vergonzoso. Nunca mas volveré a comprar en esta basura de tienda.

Warranty claim paperwork impossible to understand. Had to have intex people try to walk me through. Could not understand them. Have two Intex pools. Hope nothing else brakes. One of the worse experience ever.

After reviewing all the boats that fell within my criteria, the Marina 4, claims to have multiple hull layers sturdy enough to withstand lakes and rivers. That is false it is nothing more than an expensive pool floaty. Safety and function could be hazardous! Inflation varies so the stationary ors fail to preform and the inflatable seats offer no support so control the boat is very exhausting and I found myself avoiding lake branches and working hard to stay off the shore line. not a relaxing experience! The second time I used the boat on a calmer lake but only floated close to shore so it wasn't a boating adventure it was boring. I worked to get the boat to the docks and when I returned in 25 minutes the right side of the boat was deflated. The quality and design make this product dangerous. The Bimini requires removing the safety rope and still the hole is smaller that the hardware on the Bimini! I would not recommend this as a boat I have had floating devices that lasted longer were more fun for a lot less cost. Well Intex doesn't guarantee it so that's all I needed to know! Time to look for a real boating experience and remember not to trust the product description on Walmart.com

I bought a spa rechargable vacuum for my pool spa.. It stopped working one month outside the 1 year warranty. Intex would not work with me nor back the quality of their product. Very bad experience .. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought a pool from Intex for $2000 in 2022. Now I can't get the parts I need to put it back up this summer so my family can enjoy this $2000 summer time investment. They keep telling me the part is out of stock and they have no idea when it will be available. Unbelievable!!

I purchase the Intex easy set at the end of the year because the price was right, I put it away. This was Aug.2023 you get a 6-month warranty. I live in Wisconsin. I just filled the pool and three days later completely empty First they would not do anything because I could not find the receipt. I called back when I found the info. the guy told me to upload a picture then call back. I called back and of course they told me my time had expired. So don't buy a pool at the end of the summer and put it away because if something happens to it, it will not be covered. So not only am I out $105.00 dollars I lost all that water and will get a huge bill. totally unsatisfied. Im so disappointed. Oh wait theyre sending me a patch kit after four of us checked it over.Thank you. how about half of what i paid and half of the wasted water.

Hace 12 dias que hice el pedido,no hay noticias de la empresa de reparto, ENVIALIA. A Intex, le he pedido por correo electronico la anulación y la devolucion del importe total abonado. Ayer contestaron con que llamara aun telefono ( supongo que del repartidor) nadie contesta a ese telefono.Total indefensión. una vergüenza.ya solo aceptare la devolucion del dinero.

El servicio postventa deja bastente que deserar. No disponen de un número de teléfono por lo que si tienes un problema todo está en manos de un robot que te diga unas cosas u otras. El material me llegó a los pocos días y el precio es bastante competitivo....pero reza para que no tengas ningún inconveniente porque en ese caso...poca ayuda te van a dar.

No tienen teléfono de atención al cliente. No puedes hablar con nadie. No te respondes al whatsapp ni al formulario. Quiero anular un pedido de un spa que compré anoche por 829 euros y pagué por transferencia y no puedo porque no hay forma de hablar con una persona. INDIGNANTE
